I have stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Bothell about four times over the past three years. The hotel has never charged a parking fee and there is plenty of parking available. When I checked out, I was surprised by a parking fee of $10 plus tax per night. When I checked in, I was issued my parking pass, but nothing was said about my room rate changing or a parking fee from when I made my reservations. This was a deceptive, deceiving, and misleading way of raising room rates and not posting the true room cost. This is especially true when comparing rates and deciding where to stay. I was not upset with receptionist as it was not her decision. I was told that the parking fee had just started this past month. It is ridiculous to see guests parking any place else as there is nowhere else to park. I think it would have been better for the management to have been up front and raised the room rates. It is so frustrating when businesses quote you prices, but don't tell you about all the additional fees or the true cost. Where is their integrity and honesty? In my opinion, this is a terrible way to treat your customers and patrons.||||The location of the hotel is very central to the area and has easy access to the surrounding areas. The breakfast that is included in the room rate is amazing and is served from 7:00-10:00 AM daily. The breakfast is definitely an advantage to staying at this hotel. The dining area is comfortable, clean, and the kitchen staff that prepares the buffet breakfast are very helpful and friendly.||||The reception staff is also very helpful and friendly and more than accommodating when you ask for help. House Keeping cleans rooms about every three days, but if you need help they are readily available. There are plenty of towels and linen provided. They have an outdoor pool that is open during the summer. My room was comfortable and clean with all of the amenities such as internet, microwave, small refrigerator, iron, coffee/tea maker, adjustable heating/cooling thermostat, and a good size TV. The parking is arranged around the hotel making access to the rooms as convenient as possible with elevators to the second floor. The queen size mattresses were okay and I slept very well. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and an inviting place to stay with their great accommodations and decor. ||||Overall, I had a great stay and enjoyed my time at the Country Inn and Suites. I would recommend staying at this hotel for whatever reason you are...
Read moreThis is a serious review. Please take some time to read it before you booking this place. I placed a booking through T-mobile Booking for 3 nights and I did not receive the booking confirmation. I emailed them to ask for the info and none reply me until the last day which I have a flight the next day. I have to book another room in Bellevue and I did email them for cancelation and request a refund for 649$. The CSM is a totally terrible person, I emailed her and she seems nice in the beginning but when I asked for cancellation and refund, she totally shut up and disappeared. Her names is Carolynn Simpson, she has a title of Central Director Revenue Management, Managed Hotels and she provides the most terrible experience ever. As I never use their service, I have the right to ask for the refund but No she waited till the last and hold my fund without releasing it.
If you are that horrible, none would trust the brand anymore. A person who work in CS should put themselves in the shoes of a guest/customer to understand the situation, not forcing others to do what they do not want to. The policy in the website stayed clear that Free of Cancelation and I did request it before 24 hours. So, you guys are basically stealing my money without provide any service. This will not end well. I will call the Corporate also the Country Inn CS Team for another investigation. I am sure you won’t have a good reputation from now on. And I promise I will never choose this brand. One person totally destroy the brand name of the company, very...
Read moreReally just depends on the purpose of the stay. The location, free breakfast and rate are a plus. The pool was nice and Wi-Fi was good for working. We were traveling visiting family for the holiday and working. This would have been a 4 star review, but we had issues at checkin with the night front desk associate. Our first impression was a late night check in with kids and the front desk associate was rude. I apparently interrupted him on his phone in the back and we were an inconvenience. He also did not alert us that the elevators were broken as he told us our rooms were a ways away on the other side of the hotel and on the second floor. On day 3, I came down to ask for a blanket from the same late night associate, who was again annoyed I interrupted him. He told me there were no blankets in the back and I would have to follow him around to the linen closet and to get one. He walked me around the corner to a linen closet where he unlocked the closet and said it looked like there were some in the closet and I could go get them myself. On the other hand, the daytime front desk lady Heather was wonderful. She was pleasant attentive and remembered all my family members names. If I could give her 5 stars I would. Overall we had a nice stay and the...
