Very poor communication and customer service. After the item arrived with them they sent out an email and letting me know they got it and then my order was moved into "awaiting shipment". It then stayed there for nearly 2 weeks without being shipped and no additional updates given. When asking for updates or that my other items be shipped via their discord it was completely ignored for over a full week. The response I got was basically sorry for not responding and still not answering my questions. Then my package finally arrives with items missing and after emailing their support, I again I get no response from them. It has been more than a full business day since I emailed them about things missing from my shipment and fully expect it to take several more weeks before they answer me.
