We were really impressed with the services they offer. We elected to take advantage of the basic package during our visit. They offered a limited time introductory member rate trial with member benefits and pricing. Basically, as a new client, they extended us member rate pricing which was AMAZING! It's the perfect way to try out their services with zero pressure. But I'm sure you'll see the value in what they're offering once you try it!

I really do like that they offer lots of packages at different price points so you can chose the package that suites your pets needs. They also offer multi-pet discounts! The services they offer are a perfect compliment to the routine vet care that you provide for your pets. It bridges the time between vet visits and in some cases can even help to extend it.

I dread nail trims with my dogs because they are so naughty! 🥴 I have a Frenchie, and trying to wrestle with her for nail trims is exhausting. IYKYK! They have nail grinders which are quiet and less traumatic for dogs and they are less likely to injure sensitive nail quicks on the dogs nails. They did such a great job because my dogs nails were L-O-N-G!

I knew my English Bulldog had an ear infection in her ear that they totally cleaned out. So, I was able to apply her prescription ear medication immediately when we got home. I even purchased some cleaning wipes to help stay on top of her ear cleanings. The pictures do not do the cleaning justice. They got that ear clean as a whistle!

My dogs came home smelling and looking WONDERFUL! The staff did a great job from check-in to check-out. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, warm, and friendly. There were no pushy sales tactics which was refreshing. Just lots of great information to consider and how these services can be of benefit. The SCENT (Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails, Teeth) check at the end of the appointment is a comprehensive multi-point wellness report on the condition of your pet's overall health. It can detect any areas that may need your/ your vets attention!

Also, its important to note that the business owner Mike even took the time to reach out and introduce himself and check in with us after the visit. I can't think of a time where a business owner took the time to follow up with us?!?! It's almost unheard of. You can definitely see he truly cares about his clients! Overall,...

I was beyond excited to join the Scenthound team in Bountiful! I came in with years of leadership and customer service experience, and I was genuinely looking forward to growing with a company that seemed to care about both pets and people. I believed in the brand and mission, and did all that I could to help prepare a successful launch for the store!

Unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with the values that Scenthound claims to stand behind. What began as a hopeful opportunity, quickly became one of the most disheartening experiences I’ve had in my professional career.

I am so disappointed, and honestly very shocked. There was a serous lack of communication, compassion, and respect from the store owner. The culture inside this store did not reflect the values that Scenthound promotes to the public. Management was disorganized, morale was low, and it became clear that the well-being of employees wasn’t a priority. If this is how team members are managed before doors even open, I’m really concerned about the experience pet parents and their dogs will receive once operations begin.

I hope corporate takes a closer look at how this location is being run, because it doesn’t do justice to the brand’s mission, or to the people working hard to uphold it. Both employees and customers...

I was really glad to find this place near my home. It seemed convenient and helpful. I expected to have my dog bathed monthly, then add the grooming once every 3 months.

Unfortunately, today was the first time we added the grooming to our visit, and they said they do not shave my breed of dog. Why didn’t they tell me that when I signed up??

She came back with bizarre shave lines up her wazoo, a little trim, bathed and brushed and dried. Total was $81 including monthly membership, and I was asked to leave a tip before seeing my dog. I’ve paid less for a full grooming service.
