It was a great experience which is why we have rented with you several times now and plan to again! From our phone call to book our rental, to your delivery crew, everyone is SO friendly and SO helpful. Each person we encountered were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The young lady on the phone who took our call made sure to answer all of our questions to help us pick the best piece of equipment for our needs and the guys who delivered, set it up and picked it up were AMAZING. They were meticulous with how they set it up, explaining everything to us and making sure it was clean, safely secured and ready for our use. We can't thank you enough for helping to make our "School's out/Father's Day" weekend celebration a success! We'll be calling again in a week or so for another waterslide. We had so much NEEDED fun with it after a long few months of quarantine. Thank you for the spectacular "rent one day, get the second day half price" deal that you are offering this summer as well. We appreciate it and definitely took advantage of it over this past super hot weekend and are looking to do it a few more times to add some fun to the rest of our summer vacation....

The experience overall was great. The scheduling and payment process was quick and easy and I had to reschedule for one week earlier than the original date and it only took a 3 minute phone call without any issues. The guys who came out to set it up were on time and extremely nice! The inflatable was in good shape too, the kids LOVED it.

The only thing I’d change is this: I rented an inflatable water slide and they didn’t have a water pump for it so it needs a garden hose from the house to run continuously. Therefore it just overflows into the yard as long as you’re using it (which was about 10 hours for us). Luckily I had a small water pump that recirculated the water from the pool at the bottom back to the top to minimize the flooding. I think they should have a small water pump included for this or list it as an “add” option. But I still have them 5 stars as it was a great experience anyway and I will definitely be calling them again...

We rented one of the bounce houses for my son's birthday party last week. The house was a huge hit with the kids and everyone enjoyed it. I think the back part of the house had a small leak in it because it would get deflated when any of the kids would walk by it, but then would inflate back up within 10 seconds because the blowers were going the whole time. The part that didn't sit well with me was the nickel and diming of it all. In addition to paying for the rental of the bounce house and taxes, they charged us a huge "distance" fee even though we live 25 minutes away on the Cape. In addition, I requested sandbags instead of stakes to hold the bounce house down. They added on an extra charge for sandbags. For that price, I could have bought my own sandbags. Buyer beware. Whatever the advertised price is for the rental, be prepared to pay at least $100 extra for all the additional...
