Went in with my 21 year old daughter (almost 22 years old) last night to purchase some beverages - my daughter wanted to pay for hers - she gave her VALID MASS LICENSE and they denied her saying it wasn't valid. I tried purchasing what I had in my hands and they denied me (I get that but - common sense - why would a mother let her daughter pay and present ID if it wasn't REAL). I get checking IDs but your employees need to know how to read licenses, obviously they put the wrong information in the computer. Lost a long time customer to...
