A few months back, my girlfriend bought a new car from Falmouth. Justin Halstead was her salesmen. Justin has been selling cars to my family and I for years and he's the only salesmen I'll ever want to deal with in the future if I need to buy another car. As my girlfriend was checking out her new car with Justin. I shot the breeze with Justin about the new Prius Prime. I've always bought used cars, but after seeing how the new Prius looks, I put a deposit down. However, the car in the specs and color I wanted wasn't available and only 15,000 of them are being made for 2024. But Justin was very informative and gave me heads up that a new Prius will be allocated to Falmouth Toyota come the new year. Until then, Justin went above and beyond with getting a loaner that has similar specs for me to test drive before I decided to put a deposit down. I wasn't exactly won over by how much the car lacked my preference with specs and it wasn't a prime. However I did put down a deposit and about a week later, I asked Justin if I could test drive the car again. Which to my surprise, another Prius was dropped off as a loaner that matched the exact color and had the same specs that I was seeking, except it wasn't a Prime. After test driving it, I was won over. I kept my deposit with Justin Halstead and Justin White from the Finance department. During the several month wait, Justin Halstead kept me updated with the build of the car in Japan, its shipping process, and arrival date. Justin Halstead was so professional, polite and easy to talk with during this process. He really treats people like they are his friends and family. Falmouth Toyota as a whole is a great dealership; myself, my friends and family all have bought cars from them as well as had them serviced there. There is a lot of transparency with Falmouth Toyota and they don't make you feel like you're being taken advantage of like other car dealers are known to do. I can't say enough positive things about Falmouth Toyota and the people that work there. They just make any form of business, rather it be sales, Finance, or the service department just an easy, painless, well explained process and transaction. Justin White who works in Finance helped guide me through the paper work as he has done with me before with previous cars. And again, he was easy to talk with, cracked some jokes and just made everything so pleasant. I don't plan on buying another car anytime soon. But it comes time, I plan on going back to Falmouth Toyota and I'll always recommend people to go there for their car shopping needs as well as service on...

I had just recently moved to the area when I hit a deer, totaling my Mazda cx5. Although I loved my cx5 I started searching for a venza and immediately found one here. I called to ask if it was still available because I knew it would be snatched up quick. I had the pleasure of having Ana Ferriera answer the call. Ana is the sweetest and was happy to help, she told me to come on down for a test drive. I test drove and knew I needed it, never once did I feel pushed by her or anyone else to buy. In my other experiences I always felt pressured to pull my credit and get the paperwork going. Not here! I placed a deposit and they slapped a sold sign on it for me until my insurance payout. Once I was ready to proceed with the purchase I sat with John O'Keefe and I must say he made the entire process smooth and easy. Naturally he has to present the warranty options the dealership offers but I never felt pressured to have to buy coverage I don't need! He handled everything making my experience stress free and I truly felt they both just wanted to help. Read moreI can't say enough good things about this place:) I bought my first Forerunner & my partner's FJ here decades ago, as well as the personal vehicles for the business I worked for at the time. They truly are customer oriented in both sales & service. It's the little things & the overall experience that counts, & while they are a business like all businesses, they treat both their service & sale customers in a way that let's you know you are not just a $$ opportunity, & that keeps you wanting to come back. I was a service only customer for a number of years with my old, discontinued FJ as the availability of parts dwindled. All through it Tony & the service team always treated me as well as if I was one of the customers with the most expensive vehicle on their lot. When my FJ finally died & I was dealing with the hassles of needing a vehicle right now while navigating the insurance loss process, as well as the supply issues & delays caused by looming tariffs, Ken, my salesman found me a car and made the purchase process not only pain free but pleasant. No high pressure, just a focus on getting what I told him I needed. Like their service dept. everyone was so helpful & patient, & got me into a car that met my budget & circumstances.
