I would give this place less stars if I could. My Husband brought his uniform in on Tuesday for putting on rank and dry cleaning. The owner said it would be ready the next day. I stopped by the next day and he proceeded to tell me it was the day after that it was supposed to be done. We stopped in on Friday (two days later) and the rank still wasn't updated. My husband told him that if he couldn't get it done before his flight the next day, then he would gladly just pay for the work that was done and take them from there. The owner promised he would have them done on Saturday complete with a phone call so that we could pick them up before his flight. We never recieved a call on Saturday despite us calling multiple times, so my husband had to catch his flight without the uniform. I stopped by yesterday to pick them up and I asked politely why we had never recieved a call. The owner responded by saying: "I must have forgot. Can't do anything about it now, there's nothing that will do you any good. You should have driven down to the shop I was here all day." He never answered the phone despite being there all day, was not good on his word, was rude the entire time, and should not be in business with the way he treats customers. Dropped uniform off on a Monday, was supposed to be ready either Thursday or the following Monday. Stopped in the following Monday around 3pm and since it was my first time ever doing business here I came in before the concrete pickup times of 4-5pm. When he asked what I needed I simply stated to pick up my item. He told me it would be a long wait or to come back between 4-5. I asked how long and was told "it's fine, ill drop everything for you." After that interaction i left. My wife attempted to pick it up between his ONLY pickup times to find out my item hasn't even been touched or started on. I'd rather hand sew my items or not have what I need than spend one single dollar a this place. 0 STARS, not surprised with he only has 3.2 stars....

BEWARE!!! These folks are total scammers!!! Charged $49.00 to hem a pair of Navy uniform pants, sew velcro onto a 2" patch, and send out to cleaned and pressed with military creases. Shirt came back with no military creases. When I inquired about the cost a pick up, the guy said, "That is a good price, I think it should be more". I feel bad for the young military people that use this joke of a place for it's convenience (just outside the gate) and get ripped off. I took my shirt and pants to Heritage Cleaners in Rapid City and asked them how much they would have charged for the same and their reply was $15. for the hemming and $9.00 for the cleaning and pressing WITH military creases.
