Bandit Lanes Recreation Center — Local services in Box Elder

We had a ridiculously terrible experience there yesterday, I ordered two hot dogs and some french fries with cheese. Not only do they charge a dollar per tiny cup of cheese, but she comes out and tells me that they only have one hot dog available. Would I like to wait 13 minutes for them to bake more I said sure by the way may I please have both of them fresh. Will the old woman in the hair net behind the counter started yelling at the younger lady that everything we made here is fresh. then proceeded to side-eye me and my wife the entire time, it was just an uncomfortable experience for mediocre food which we won't be going back again. So no wonder there's never...

Only one person on duty for bowling lanes. It was nearly 80 degrees inside, sweating while simply sitting. The ceiling fan above us wasn’t working. Half the lanes were down for repair work. Some alarm sensor went off for over 20 minutes, while nobody did anything to address the issue. Our lane finally shut down due to technical difficulties. We waited about 10 minutes to pay, because there was only one employee.

Went for lunch. The cashier did not know how to explain the ordering process. Messed my order up, and when I asked for a refund,he stated he didn't know how to work the cash register. After 10 minutes of back and forth, he finally called someone, and I was able to get my 19.50 back. What an ordeal and joke. They should teach all employees proper customer service....
