SEPHORA — Local services in Boynton Beach

This was my first time at this location since it opened. I came in with certain products that I wanted to try and ask questions about certain shades. I asked the cashier for help. She called someone over. Between her and the older lady that came over, all they wanted was my phone number. They both asked me repeatedly. I didn't ask anything that would warrant that question. I wanted to peruse the aisles, as well as the specific products that I had in mind. They were more concerned about getting my phone number, assuming that I was going to make a purchase. After declining to give my number, the older lady took me to the products but had zero intention of helping me. Both associates were rude and had no intention of assisting me. Mom and I had not been to Sephora in many years. The Sephora at Boynton Beach Marketplace is fantastic! The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The best part of our wonderful shopping experience was Lexi and Maria, Sephora beauty associates. These employees were kind, courteous, polite, thoughtful, informative, caring, knowledgeable, professional and friendly personalities. The Dynamic Duo! I had an exceptional experience at Sephora thanks to Rocío Larriega! While I was walking around the store trying to find a perfume, she greeted me warmly and helped me find the one I had been searching for. Her knowledge and attentiveness made the entire process effortless. But what truly set her apart was the extra mile she went for me—when my newly purchased lip liner at the store was left at the counter and she went out of her way to arrange for it to be shipped to Puerto Rico (I was on vacation).
