This was my first time at this location since it opened. I came in with certain products that I wanted to try and ask questions about certain shades. I asked the cashier for help. She called someone over. Between her and the older lady that came over, all they wanted was my phone number. They both asked me repeatedly. I didn't ask anything that would warrant that question. I wanted to peruse the aisles, as well as the specific products that I had in mind. They were more concerned about getting my phone number, assuming that I was going to make a purchase. After declining to give my number, the older lady took me to the products but had zero intention of helping me. Both associates were rude and had no intention of assisting me. The best part of our wonderful shopping experience was Lexi and Maria, Sephora beauty associates. While I was walking around the store trying to find a perfume, she greeted me warmly and helped me find the one I had been searching for. Her knowledge and attentiveness made the entire process effortless.
