This is our 2nd review of the Turning Point Restaurant. After church this Sunday Frankie, and I had decided that we would get a late breakfast. We had such a wonderful experience the first time we went to the Turning Point Restaurant, and so we both decided to come in a 2nd time. Needless to say, we were not disappointed in any way. The service was once again top notch, and the food Just as scrumptious as the first time. It was even more busy today, and we believe the steady flow of customers has everything to do with their superb service, and the delicious, well prepared food rendered at the Turning Point. Our delightful server by the name of Brittney made every effort to see that our time under the roof of the Turning Point was a pleasure, and yes she succeeded in doing that for us big time. We both were so impressed with her expertise that we Inquired as to who the manager of her shift was. We had the chance to speak with the manager of that shift. We told her that it shows how focused the manager of this shift is because it is seen through the superb workers during that shift. It isn't by any means easy what these two individuals do to make each customer feel comfortable, and focused upon during such a steady flow of new customers. Somehow they make it look easy. That's how flawless they are. We both appreciated the manager Lisa for taking the time during this busy shift to introduce herself to us. Thank you once again Lisa, and Brittney. Greatly appreciated. Definitely two satisfied customers. We hope this review is helpful to other fellow customers. Mr.David Mulligan, & Mr.Frank Quattrochi.

I’ve never been to this restaurant but I ordered from them using a third-party frequently. When I got my orders today there was a card in my bag. I have a picture of that card attached to this review. The reason I’m doing this is because there was a QR code on that card. QR codes are insecure cyber security wise by definition and it’s been common knowledge that you can get malware in your phone from using QR codes since before Covid. It’s time to stop using QR code. I doubt very seriously if I reached out to this restaurant non-publicly they’ll do anything about this. By expressing this in a public space hopefully people that live in the community will educate the decision-maker at this restaurant not to put their customers or themselves at risk of being hacked. There’s probably a hacker reading this message right now thinking of a way to exploit your lazy QR code. If any customer is harmed by these actions your company has been forewarned. If you are a customer of this very fine restaurant that has excellent food and you’ve been injured by this companies lack of operational security please make sure you contact the FBI before someone else gets exploited.

We stopped by Turning Point in Boynton Beach since the plaza just opened and saw it had great reviews. We arrived early for breakfast and were seated immediately. The restaurant is spacious, modern, and very inviting. Our server, Rachel, was phenomenal, attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. We started with the Costa Rican French press, which was fantastic. Though we were tempted by the cinnamon rolls, we skipped them to watch our waistlines (but we’ll definitely get them next time!). I ordered the goat omelette, and it was exceptional. The eggs were perfectly crispy, and the flavors were spot-on. The mixed greens with dressing and a side of cheddar grits were cooked to perfection. My wife had the Cajun eggs Benedict and said it was delicious and one of the best she ever had. The menu had so many tempting options that we can’t wait to try more. Since it’s only five minutes from home, Turning Point is now one of our go-to breakfast spots. Highly recommend!

We were really excited to try Turning Point after hearing so many great reviews and seeing how amazing the menu looked. The vibe was welcoming, and their specialty coffee options are definitely worth checking out — but unfortunately, that’s about the only highlight from our visit.

Things started off fine, but went downhill quickly. After placing our order, only part of our table received food, while the rest of us were left waiting… and waiting. We followed up with staff twice to ask about the delay, and each time we were told it was coming. It wasn’t until we got a third employee involved that things actually moved, and the remaining meals finally showed up — nearly 30 minutes later.

Trying to be polite, our group waited so we could all eat together, but by that time, everything was either cold or just disappointing. They did offer to remake the food, but we had already been there far too long, and with some cranky toddlers, that simply wasn’t an option anymore.

They gave us a small discount, which felt more like a checkbox than an effort to make it right. We also spoke with the manager, who was courteous and apologized, but it didn’t seem like they genuinely cared about the experience we had.

I seldom post reviews and only if the experience was amazing or a let down and unfortunately it was the latter. We left feeling frustrated. Turning Point had so much potential — great coffee, great menu — but poor service and mismanagement completely overshadowed it. Sadly, we...
