I’m only giving five stars because I’ve been ordering from this company since it first started in Miami on Washington Avenue over a decade ago. And the manager was super professional and says he’s going to make it up to me. But if you order a cheese pizza, just a heads up, they don’t put cheese on the pizza. At least they didn’t put cheese on mine. Lol. I’m still scratching my head why that is the case. But he says he will make it up to me the next time I order. I ordered four pizzas today because Uber for some reason didn’t deliver the first three, but I finally got one. Took about eight hours to receive a pizza, but I finally got one! It just didn’t have cheese on it. Lol. Hopefully next time is a charm. They have the best pizza in the southeast. Like others have mentioned, I’ve lived in NYC many times, there is no better pizza in Florida than this. I’m very particular about my pizza because NYC has the best. But Mister 01 definitely delivers! I just had a rough day but they were quick to be kind and understanding. And I believe this location is very new. Great great pizza! I would not have ordered four times today if it weren’t that good. Lol. I just unfortunately had a bad experience today, but the manager was quick to try and remedy it. :) Update: I’m so sad because I’ve loved this pizza since the very first restaurant opened over a decade ago on South Beach. That little hidden spot in an office building that nobody could find was amazing. I don’t know what happened to the quality, but this is not what it used to be. I don’t even know what this is, but it was a waste of over $30. That one slice that I took a bite of, that was only one bite. And I take very tiny bites. This was so tiny and so flimsy and so thin and so soggy. I don’t know what happened to the quality, but I hope they fix it. They used to have amazing pizza.

My husband and I had lunch today in the new Boynton Beach “Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza” restaurant, and it was indeed “extraordinary”! As I realize that might be a silly adjective given it is part of the name of the restaurant, I can think of a few other adjectives, such as “Phenomenal,” “Sublime,” and “Fabulous”! Our meal started with great service from a wonderful waiter named Christian, who not only described each unique pizza in delicious detail, but also gave us the history behind the name “Mister 01” (which comes from the type of visa the chef owner received for his artistic creation of his signature “star” thin crusted pizza). We ended up ordering a half/half (one 1/2 was the “Star Carlos,” which has chorizo, arugula, avocado, fresh Parmesan, and jalapeño sauce (among other fresh ingredients) and the other half was a “Star Alessandro” which has bam, fresh tomato, roasted corn, white truffle oil, and basil. Typically, I’m not a favor of jalapeño and hot spicy things, but as Christian promised, the jalapeño sauce perfectly balanced out the bitterness from the arugula. It was not “hot” but zesty and flavorful. As to the ricotta filled corners of the pizza - totally delicious and unique. In a word: perfection!! We look forward to another visit when we will order some of the other star pizza flavor combinations (and perhaps a salad). We highly recommend you plan your own “extraordinary” trip to flavortown!

We've wanted to try mister o1 in Boca for awhile, but we never made it. We were so excited to hear they were opening on in Boynton. Only open three weeks, we were not sure what to expect. But between the 5 star service and 5 star ingredients. This is a can't miss spot. Yes, it is small, and we got there at 430 for an early dinner as we had heard that all their locations get pretty packed. And I'm glad we did, there was a line out the door when we left. We ordered a greek salad, which was fresh, crisp and plentiful. Each salad can feed about 3 to 4 people. I loved that they put fresh cracked pepper, olive oil and balsamic on the table for the salad. We then ordered their star Lunia pizza (which is their version on a white pizza), you would think that it would be heavy with the dough being folded into a star and the about of Ricotta, but it was so light and crispy. The only touch that was missing for us was fresh basil. We also ordered a regular New York style meat lovers pizza. Now when I say I want a thin and crispy pizza this is the example I mean. Could there have been more meat on it, possibly, but with how thin the dough is, it would have weighed it down. The quality of the ingredients is really what it's about. We can't wait to come back and try other salads, pizzas and more exciting the burrata bar.

We ventured into our first Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza for the first time at their new Boynton Beach store. Never before had eaten at or heard of the chain, mostly in Florida with a few stores in Georgia and Texas.

The service was great Ethan and the team did a great job, though a bit rushed at the end still finishing our wine and the table was being cleaned, guess the line outside was making them a bit anxious.

Our salad was fantastic. Lovely fresh greens and chopped veggies and lovely house brand balsamic and live oil. Even a bit left over to take home. We ordered the Greta.

Also the half priced wines by the glass and bottle before 6 were much appreciated.

The Pizza we ordered the Matteo, tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, mushroom, and red onion, was good but not what we expected. Seemed all the toppings were chopped and blended together to form one topping instead of three. Never felt like we tasted the sausage, or the mushrooms, or the onions or the cheese for that matter. All we tasted, tasted the same mostly like tomato sauce.

We are used to Anthony’s CFP another local chain where you see and taste great sausage, mushrooms, and peppers as you chomp through the delicious tomatoes and well done crust (though many don’t care for the “Well Done” crust). Speaking of crusts we loved, loved the thin crispy crust on Mister O1’s Pizza, reminds me of me of the pizzas we used to get in Chicago before deep dish became the thing. And the spicy olive oil was great.

Overall it was a very good dinner, though I think we’ll keep going to our old standby pizza place. To each their own as they say, we all make our choices especially when it come to Pizza, and who...
