Not a good experience whatsoever, bought property 13 miles from Brackettville off Hwy 90, was told I’d get a free PO Box because I live in Kinney Co, I just needed to get my 911 address. So got that then weeks later go in to get the box. I’m now told no I don’t get it and to even pay for one I had to have an account with city or electric with my address. It’s a 911 address. Not mailing. And I have solar. Then they tell me I’d get a free one in Quemado! 40 miles away And in a different county. What sense does that make? I’ll tell you. ZERO! Not helpful at all.

Mail is never out on time so days pile up and everything is shoved into your small box and torn open. They close early and open late. If you must walk into the office you can plan on waiting for a while even though you can see and hear them, when they do decide to come out you get greeted with a bothered huff as if you interrupted them and all that waiting was for nothing because they have "returned"...
