Yesterday afternoon I went to Lush Nails for a pedicure and it was the worst experience I have ever had! I have been to Lush before and was always impressed with the quality and service I received, this time was very different as the nail technician was VERY rude and unprofessional.

She had an attitude with me I am assuming because she really did not want to be bothered doing my pedicure. Also, she had a commentary on everything; from announcing very loudly that my heels were callused, to telling me the nail polish I brought from home was too thick (a brand new bottle) and she even had issue with the way I my feet were positioned when she was doing my pedicure. In the 25 years I have been getting pedicures I have never had any of these issues with a technician. She also was very rough, hurting me while she was cutting my nails and then finished the pedicure and just left me sitting in the chair without saying a word!! Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

She ruined for me what should have been a relaxing experience and I left feeling humiliated, angry and in pain due to how rough she was. To top it off she was standing by the register while I was paying looking for a tip after the way she treated me!

Just a word to management/ owners, you should not have someone like this working in your salon as she is giving your business a bad image. Sadly, I do not think I will return to Lush due to the way I was treated, nor will I recommend this salon to anyone, which is unfortunate because it is close to my house and I have always liked going there. To this nail technician: (unfortunately I do not know her name because she did not have a name tag on) you should always be kind, people come in to relax and unwind and it is completely unacceptable to make them feel uncomfortable, always remember you have a job because customers come in and they keep coming back, making a good impression is...

To tell the 100% genuine truth I could not be any more satisfied after leaving Lush Nails and Spa in Bredanton Florida. Between the quality of my nail art and the experience the customor service provided it was a great way to spend my Sunday. To start off I was driving and as I pulled up google maps to the nearest nail salon, Lush was the third to pop up the first two were both closed and pricey, as soon as we stepped inside Lush we were greeted immiedatly. Even with no appoitnment scheduled we were sat down instantly and treated with thoughtful care, as I was seated in the comfy saloon chair I watched the staff had this kind joyful relantinship between them this created an atomsphere I found very comforting knowing that they enjoy their job and respect each other. Speaking of employers... Sana was the absolute best Nail technician, the skill that she has regarding cosmotolgy is unmatched it is certainly something she has mastered!!! She did such a great job on my nails and I was very happy with how they looked. Sometimes it can be rare to walk into a place with a certain idea or image in mind and ACTUALLY leave & be happy with the results; this is exactly what happened today. While getting my manicure Sana was such a pleasant and kind person to talk to creating an overall great experience. Anyway to conclude

Living in the area on a short-term basis is challenging finding services, especially when you can’t ask a friend for a recommendation. I stumbled upon Lush Nails as I was driving my dog to daycare. I called and asked if they could fit me in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. They told me to come right over, that they were not busy. The salon is in a smaller and updated shopping center. I was impressed with the decor as I walked in the front door. It’s light, airy and modern. I was assigned to Ben, a soft spoken gentleman, who was warm and welcoming. He began the process to remove the dip from my previous manicure and the way they wrap the nails and place disposal gloves on your hands on top of the wrap was genius! I was able to answer my phone and text without the nail polish remover dripping down my hands. The pedicure was relaxing with the massage chair and hot stone massage. I have an apprehension about having my toenails cut, as In the past, I had a nail technician cut me. Once I told Ben my past experience, he handled me with kid gloves and was very gentle. My manicure turned out beautiful with a light pink color. While I was at the salon, I sat next to a beautiful nail technician, Ia. I watched her work on two clients and both of her customers were very happy. I saw the care she showed her clients and the intricacy in which she worked.
