Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been buying flowers for years from multiple florists from Tampa to Ft. Myers. I recently moved to the Lakewood Ranch area and I was happy to have a local florist nearby. I went to get a simple wrap bouquet and I asked if I could pick them fresh instead of pre-made, I got a simple "yea sure" with no eye contact. When leaning over to smell the lillies and gently holding them in my hand the miserable lady from the front desk said "don't touch them they easily break" well sorry but if I am buying flowers I am going to ensure the quality just like any other florist. So I again went to gently touch the flowers she decided to get more upset and say "I told you once already not to touch them I'm not going to say it again" I told her " I have been to many florist and never had an issue with touching the flowers I am going to PAY for", "she went into a rant about not being other florists" which thank you ma'am you made that very clear that you are much worse. I gave her a simple thank you and preceded to walk out, she gave me a sarcastic "you have a great day and thanks for the phone call earlier" I had no idea what she was talking abouy because I never called there, so apparently she gave another customer an awful experience and thought I was them. No you are just an old miserable lady with nothing better to do than drive your business into the ground with your nasty attitude. I really hope you find some joy in your life, and maybe if your flowers so easily break you need better quality in your product. I will never go here again, you lost a customer who literally spends thousands a year on bouquets. I will stay loyal to the ones who...
Read moreI recently got married on 2/20/2014 and found this shop on Google. Regardless of the negative reviews I went in anyways due to the location. I spoke with the owner who was very friendly. She told me that the business is under her ownership now and unfortunately the bad reviews from the previous owner are still lingering.
I told her that I was looking for a bridal bouquet and boutonniere for the groom. I told her that my color was blue for the wedding and she requested to see my dress. She was extremely knowledgeable about flowers. I was unable to see any of the flowers that she was suggesting because they were already sold. This shop gets fresh flowers everyday.
She had to describe to me what the flowers look like that she was suggesting and I trusted her judgement. Let me tell you when I picked up my bouquet I was very surprised. The flowers were so abstract and beautiful. They matched my dress beautifully and she even let me borrow a vase to keep my flowers fresh. I promised her I would return the vase and she trusted me (I made sure I returned it).
Everyone at my wedding said the bouquet and boutonniere were beautiful. I really recommend this florist. You...
Read moreThe initial consultation was great, they worked with our budget and our vision for our wedding. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning for my special day. The communication was minimal and not the best. My wedding coordinator attempted to reach out to them multiple times in the final weeks leading up to my wedding to confirm everything was finalized and ready, and received no response. The day of my wedding they did not arrive on time at all and were unable to be reached. We did not think they were going to come so we had a family member go to the nearest Publix to get any sort of bouquets they could get so we could have at least something for the ceremony. The florist team did not arrive until close to 3:30pm and my ceremony was at 4:00pm. (As you can assume, my husband and I were fuming) They were apologetic but their excuse was they had another event and lost track of the time, which is the most unprofessional excuse and completely unacceptable. Overall, the price and quality of florals were great, but our overall customer experience was horrible and I don’t think I would be fully comfortable with...
