If you can get past the rude receptionist, service is good.
2 negative experiences. Went to the store to 2 years ago to purchase a part, “What do you want?”, not necessarily the best greeting but ok. when i attempted to pay with my card, “we only take cash”, they lost the sale. I ordered off from amazon at a third of what they were asking.
Today, 3-29-21 Called to schedule a consult, related to a similar issue. Woman, “It is going to be a few days”, my reply, “ok, so when?”Her reply, “Because there is a bunch of people ahead of you and we are busy”, i thought there was a miscommunication, maybe she heard “why” instead of “when”, when i tried to clarify i was ok with the wait, she talked over top of me. I told her she had a piss poor attitude and she lost a call.
