Overall had a good experience, however, did have some issues: The Salesperson was wonderful and great. Had to correct the issue of getting the steps and windows tinted, as agreed before, finance dept was going to charge me for those two items, had I not reviewed the numbers, issue was corrected (I cannot understand why vehicle business would sale a high vehicle without steps to get in it???). Negotiated with a previous sales/manager person (Gerald) on a previous vehicle (but the vehicle was diesel and not gas, therefore I did not buy it). Gerald, the previous salesperson/manager was no longer working there, I was told, when I called to check if he had any new F250 GAS vehicle available. This confused the process (since we had already agreed to a trade in price on my vehicle) for me. After I bought the vehicle, I stopped by business to drop of my vehicle title after I received it in the mail (I had been waiting on it from the bank); I asked several people there for the finance person (to personally give him the title directly), no one seemed to care about my question or intent...I left without leaving the title. Several days later I received a call from the finance person (his name is somehow hard for me to remember). I recounted my story to him and told him to come and get the title when he wanted it. He came to get the title on Friday or Saturday, Feb. 4th and now requested a copy of my military ID to confirm I was a veteran (he filled out and transferred my Disabled Veteran Tags from my previous vehicle to the new one???). Before he arrived, I quickly reviewed the contact and inquired about the trade in numbers (I MISREAD the numbers and later realized my error...I text and called, eventually the salesperson called me, and I told her about by mistake, and to come get the documents). Making it short, we (finance person and me) had a disagreement on the trade in numbers, I didn't give him the title, and told him to get it fixed, he took my contract papers with him, commenced to use profanity as he walked to his vehicle, got in his vehicle and sped off throwing...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from there out of state. They weren't very helpful, communication was awful and customer service was very lacking. Then when I got the vehicle the true condition wasn't fully disclosed. There were several dents, dings, scratches and even some rust that were not pointed out on the video. Then the vehicle was not detailed at all. But I guess thats the risk you take buying abroad. You'd think they would take more pride in their business being a dealer and get the basics right. Obviously I was wrong. Funny thing is no one reached out to me to make anything right. That's the sad part. Stay away from this dealer local or far away. You're better off going some place else.
Update: So I called like the response said. Talked to the GM Mark who delt with me before and provided horrible service. He knew nothing of why I was calling. Said he would get back to me. Well that was almost 3 weeks ago. Also this dealer ship is dishonest again. They changed their original response.
Original response: "Hello, we are so disappointed to learn of this situation you have described. We would like the opportunity to try and regain your trust in our business and resolve this matter for you, if we still can."
Once again no one reached out to me or got back to me. I guess this is how the Khoury Group does business and treats its customers. That's the corporate owner of Destination Ford. I'll attach the rust photos who I sent to the GM by the way. Nothing but a...
Read moreDestination Ford in Brady, TX, ROCKS! I’ve been looking for an F450, which are hard to find in Texas, especially in the San Antonio area. While searching for MONTHS and while searching Auto Trader one night, I found one.
I called the next morning and spoke to Rebecca and asked her some questions. She was a pleasure to speak with and answered all my questions and was honest! Something hard to find at dealerships nowadays. They hadn’t posted the price and she stated that her GM, Mark, was working on it. Later that night the price was posted and I called back the next morning.
Rebecca was busy and I spoke with Mark. He too, was a pleasure to speak with and was honest as well about the situation of the truck. Rebecca called me back and I then spoke with Whitney and placed a deposit on the truck.
Rebecca and Mark kept me updated everyday and when it was going to be ready for me to drive 3 hours to look at it.
The truck was everything they said it was and they made this purchase so smooth! Test drive, called my bank, signed paperwork and we were out the door!
Rebecca, Mark and Whitney were awesome and a pleasure to meet and talk with while we were there. I would definitely drive the 3 hours to buy from them again.
Thank y’all so much! One Happy Truck...
