Well never go there again. In 1 week I made 3 attempts to get just a pedicure. First attempt, was last Sunday, they were closed. But only found out they were closed because I went to their location & they had a sign saying they will be closed June 23rd to the 25th. This was after trying to call twice & no answer. It would have been helpful & save me a wasted trip to put on their messaging that they would be closed. Second attempt was on Wednesday, June 26th, called in the afternoon to make an appointment for after 5pm. I spoke with a man & was told I didn't need an appointment just to come later. I did just that & when I arrived I was told it would be an hour wait, their excuse was because they were short staffed. Asked if I could make an appointment for the next day, Thursday, was told no. Final straw was today, they opened at noon, I was there at 12:15 and again only 2 people working and another 2 ahead of me waiting. Never bothering with them again, will never recommend...

I’ve been there twice , once for me and another time for my daughter for prom . I won’t be back a third . Both time nails were uneven , even after pointing out and asking them to fix it , I got nicked 4 times yesterday to the point of bleeding , one too broke while she was working on it and she didn’t even redo it and at that point I was already passed ready to walk out so I just went with it. They couldn’t even do what my daughter wants and it wasn’t difficult. Before I left the bundling the color had already smudge but again I was over it . They are probably the cheapest place I’ve ever gone to but you get what you pay for . I spent money on what was supposed to be a relaxing treat to myself because I work all the time and feel like I wasted almost 2 hours of my life...

One of the lady gave me the nail colors samples, I didn’t have time to look at it, the guy snapped it from me to give it to another client! Then he asked me to change seat while my nails were dipping in the nail remover. Rude! $ 40 for a shellac, it’s expensive and especially for a job halfway done. The nail polish is laid too far away from the cuticles and very wavy with bubbles and thicker at the fingertips. The guy was tough when it cut my cuticles. Then he soaked my hands with ton of oil with no massage then he asked me to wash my hands! I had to use a lot of soap to get rid of this quantity of oil. They do the job as fast as possible with no care! The salon is also quite dusty. Not a good experience, I won’t...
