Play N Trade — Local services in Brainerd

The new Play N' Trade location by the water tower is more spacious. Everything is displayed nicely, but membership grants 10% off on used video games and accessories, but NOTHING on new merchandise. They do occasionally have sales, but their membership benefits could be better. My dad is an Air Force veteran, and he would like to see a military discount offered for veterans. I still like going to this place, and I have known the owner for a long time. It was a lot of work to relocate to the current location, and the owner, Jesse, did a great job setting up everything. I wanna like this place I really do. But I've brought 3 PS4 controllers in for cleaning and 2 for repairs from old age. And I have had to bring back 4 of those controllers back for sticky buttons, joystick false readings. I have brought them back in and got them back within a day. And still have the same issues. I've tried to change my settings and tested my controllers in different games and they react the same. I don't know what it is but I just want my controllers fix and work correctly. I brought my ps4 to be fixed, and after waiting 4 days for the repair I brought it home for it to break right after.. I called them and then they told me to bring it back so they could fix it again. Which they continued to still have issues with, and ran out of the parts they needed to fix it, so I had to wait another week for them to get the parts and get the repairs done.. I just got my PlayStation back today, and it still doesn’t work. I should’ve known when someone came back about there phone still being broken that they would have issues fixing it.
