I'm recovering from severe covid after being hospitalized in September. My lungs were bad before this. I took a turn for the worse with muscle weakness on Sunday 11/14. I couldn't get out of my chair.. My wife had to help me and she's 70. I told her we had to have a lift chair asap or we'd be in trouble. The first thing that came to mind was O'neill's and Rick. I trust his knowledge on anything he sells. We couldn't leave the house to even look at anything. I called the store when they opened first thing Monday 11/15. I explained the situation to Katherine. She told Rick. Katherine and I discuss options and needs and she sent me some pictures of options. We picked one and 2 1/2 hours later I was sitting in my lift chair. That's above and beyond! I've gotten a lot of furniture from Rick. There's very little been wrong but if there was it was corrected. Remember 2020 has been a bad year and some things are out of anyone's control but I assure you anything with O'neill's is not because of lack of effort. Wouldn't recommend...

We had a great experience at Neill’s. Me and my wife are new home owners and buying our first furniture at the same time. The staff at Neill’s are so welcoming, kind, and friendly. There was zero pressure or overbearing sales pitches. They genuinely just wanted to work with us and answer questions. We worked primarily with Frannie who was patient with us even after 5 different visits trying to decide. This was a very different experience than some of the places we visited in Springfield like Furniture Row or Ashley. Neill’s prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection in store and online. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new sectional soon ($49 in town delivery as opposed to $300 for some of the other places we looked). I own an Airbnb and the frame of my pull out couch broke. I ran to one furniture store, they did not really have what I needed, plus they said they couldn’t deliver for over a week. I needed a new couch delivered within 48 hours. I left and went to Neill’s. Neill’s had a larger selection and I was able to find something I liked. Neill’s did tell me they couldn’t deliver until the end of the week but I informed the salesman that I had guests due to check-in in two days.
