Highly impressive prom dress selection. Racks of beautiful gowns in numerous styles, colors, sizes, modesty levels and at different price points. The atmosphere is very friendly. Despite being there on a busy Saturday, all the ladies working there were friendly, helpful and didn’t rush us until my daughter found THE PERFECT DRESS. I really liked the fact that the shop had a huge Prom 2024 display in the front window and a dress to sign when you purchased your dress - made prom dress shopping special.

I was also highly impressed with their alterations team who worked quickly and were able to make complex alterations look easy! Wonderful customer service.

If I have one suggestion it would be helpful if the dress sales tags were to indicate if the dress is new and can be found in different sizes or colors or if on consignment. It wasn’t easy to figure out what dresses were on consignment or could be sourced in other colors or sizes.

I took my wedding dress in for consignment. I was told to fill out a form on the dress with my information. It was looked at. All was good except the lady told me that I would have to have the dress cleaned and then to bring it back in and she would get the rest going. So, I had it professionally cleaned at JC cleaners. It was not cheap. I brought it back in and the lady there looked at it and said sorry. We are not taking anything new right now. Bring it back in the spring. I told her I was already on the list and filled out my form. I was just turned away. Horrible business. For over five years now the ladies from Touch of Class have been awesome and so helpful. We put on an annual gifting event for foster families and Lana Johnson and Halley are always so quick to help provide beautiful attire. Last year on a moments noticed we purchased a wedding gown for my daughter who lives out of state. They were so helpful in getting it altered and shipped. Now this year, I will be wearing an absolutely gorgeous dress for my wedding. Picked by my grandson who has excellent taste! My wedding day is set to sparkle with the beauty of this dress.
