It's a beautiful holy place to visit. Especially having a place like this while traveling & can have a tranquil walk thru spending time reading scriptures. A lot of time & energy went into this place yet the chapel was closed & locked up, so sad & really disappointing to have such a lovely place yet no place for prayers & to sit peacefully with God in the chapel. I can understand why the gift shop is no longer open but for appointment only now, but dont know why the chapel is locked down, just really disappointing that churches & holy places have to keep their places of prayers locked down. Read moreI wish God had spoken to the owner to maintain the Shrine as well as to build it. We visited Friday PM 6/9 arriving at 4:15. It was supposed to be open until 5PM but all three building were locked up and no one was there. There were however, starlings everywhere. There were several nests and bird poop was all over the walls and walkways. The fountain was almost empty and it looked like kids had been in it playing with the rocks. Read moreThis is a hidden treasure in Branson. A beautiful peaceful place with large engraved scriptures along a long wall, a fountain with steps, chapel, bookstore and a gift shop. Lovely views! It is a perfect location for a small wedding or memorial. It is called the Shrine of the Holy Spirit for a good reason.
