They are awesome here! I had all of these old tablets that belonged to my mom who would just tell me that they would not turn on or last on so I would buy her a new one thinking the battery was giving out. Years ago my dad had the battery changed on an old phone here and it worked perfectly afterwards. Also had a phone fixed that was slowing down. I'm not sure if it had a virus or something but they also fixed it.
So I decided to see if it would be worth it to change the batteries on these old tablets. I dropped them off (like 5 tablets) with instructions to check if they needed new batteries and to see if it would even be worth changing the battery considering how old they are.
My grandmother passed away just a little over a week afterwards and I completely forgot about them. Even though the lady there texted giving me an update. When I remembered after another week, I texted her back worried they might have been tossed since I basically abandoned them there. But no, she still had them and gave me an honest review. Two tablets were fine! They just needed to be charged. (Way to go mom🙄) And one she couldn't work with cause it needed a special charger but it was very old and probably with software too outdated to make it worth fixing. One had a broken screen and battery was shot so that could have been fixed but again she stated it was very outdated. In the end, I asked her to factory reset the ones that would be difficult to get them going on my own to do it myself. For all her trouble and waiting I only paid a handful of dollars.

Read more$200 to fix a screen and it still looks like this after two tries. The technician/owner admitted that he didn't know how to work on these phones and totally skipped the curing process for the glue. Further, the laptop that they worked on had a counterfeit copy of Windows 10 and still had the old, out of date, and faulty BIOS installed. 6 hours of research and time on the phone with Microsoft and the licensed copy of the OS is installed. Find somewhere else. These guys are awful. Don't take my word for it, stop by and talk to the daily line of angry customers waiting g for them to...
Read moreVery friendly people. Great quick service! Had a cracked screen on a tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, they replaced it in one day. $40 labor $65 for the part. They also said another option was if I could find the part I could bring it in and only pay the labor, which I thought was nice to offer. Even though we had an issue where the Spen did not work with the new screen b/c it happened to be defective, they immediately ordered a new part and replaced it no charge, and made sure the pen worked. Happy with my...
