A few months ago, I was at my lowest point—overwhelmed, burnt out, and lost. I stumbled into El Trio, a small coffee shop tucked away on a quiet street corner. The first thing I noticed was the rich, comforting aroma of fresh coffee that seemed to wrap around me like a warm hug.
