I am dissatisfied with how the towing claim was handled. My son's car broke down in Louisville, KY. He requested that his car would be towed to a automobile mechanic shop in Louisville on Thursday, April 1, 2021, but they did not get it done until April 5, 2021. Then, when they were towing it or hooking it to the truck, they damaged my car. That is unacceptable. I would like for this to be corrected, since I am a good customer.
