I came to purchase the iPhone XR. I left my phone with the sales associate so that he could program it. After an hour when I came back he still not had not completed. He told me the phone was defective. So he told me he would do it again, so I left. When I came back the phone had been switched. Unbeknownst to me he had not transferred it the correct way so after 20 minutes my phone was turned off by my carrier. I go back to the store and ask him to figure out what went wrong. He insists the entire time that he is helping me, although he is the one who did not complete the task correctly causing my phone to be cut off. After he talks to my carrier he finds out that he did notComplete all the necessary steps. I demand a refund and for my phone to be switched back over to my original which he does. After about 20 minutes I get notification in my email that my phone was reported stolen by the store. I am also notified that my bank card is locked because of too many invalid attempts. I had to go get a non-emergency police report and file a report with the BBB and Midlothian townships. And I still have to go in and request that they take me off the blacklist so I can maintain my number that I’ve had...
Read moreIf you're like me, you break your phone a lot, and you just want it fixed because you're tired of getting different phones to break. Well, I had a phone that was not compatible with the screens available to repair my mistake. They made an offer for a new device, and service provider, that I felt I shouldn't say no to. They made convenience key. I don't like running around all over the place. And I'm stubborn and like what's familiar and comfortable. I hit a bump in the road on the transfer of my old number, and when I returned to tell them my issue, they helped me without making me feel like I was the problem. They fixed the issue I initially created. They were already busy with others when I walked in without notice, but they knew how to multitask like true professionals and made sure everyone left satisfied. Especially me. Side note: I was not waiting more than an hour while they helped me, and everyone else, and they offered me "a water? A pop? A Gatorade?" while I waited... That is customer service, and then some.
