DeLorne Bridal — Local services in Bremen Township

Sheila, the owner, is a miracle worker. I wanted to purchase a tuxedo to wear on a cruise and for future events. I waited too long and thought I was out of luck. My GF discovered this place. I called and Sheila was very reassuring.

I went in and it was about 10 days before my trip with the 4th of July holiday intervening. The perfect set up for can't do. But Sheila is can do. She measured me and then consulted with my GF, the fashionista of my relationship. Then she called the warehouse. The warehouse person was kind of can't do. Sheila patiently worked with her and got things done.

Betsy, the seamstress, is equally can do. Once my items arrived she was willing to work to get the alterations done in a timely manner for me. I'm sure there were other clients with weddings and stuff to wait on too. But I was given attentive, kind service that made me feel welcome in what could be an intimidating setting for someone like me who is not a clothes horse.

No u never accommodating me because we made an agreement about me paying on my dress for 3 month's and the first payment wasn't do until April and i was going to allow you all to customize the dress and the dress will be there until we do our last sizing when I first put the deposit but when I decided to allow someone else to do the customizing you sent me an email telling me that I had to pick up my dress by March 31 or else i would be charge with a storage fee and that was a week in a half from the time u sent me the email which was very unprofessional because u went back on our original agreement. I visited DeLorne Bridal in search of a dress for my 50th birthday party. I did not have an appointment. However, Sheila, the owner treated me as if I had an appointment. She checked on me as I perused the store. She went back and forth between me and the other customer to make sure that we were both waited on. She was friendly and professional. I did not find a dress for my birthday party at the store, but I would definitely recommend it if you are in search of a bridal gown or prom dress. I experienced awesome, friendly, customer...
