I am truly disappointed with the customer service I experienced today at this location.. I was a loyal customer until today.. Today I made an order online, and for some unknown reason my card on their end showed declined.. but on my end I received notification from bank it went thru.. when i didn't receive a receipt thru my Email, I called the store. Just for someone to tell me my transaction was voided, I was like it went thru on my end .. the girl on the phone stated she was going to pass me to a manager to see what was going on.. now who ever this so called manager that answered ,she was very rude.. She right away cut me off saying my card was declined because it was reported stolen and that she had to actually report it to card company and confiscate.. I kept telling her I have never reported my card stollen and that I was looking at it and it's the same card I use all the time.. She kept cutting me off saying thats what the system is telling her to do, and she couldn't do anything else about it... so I get off the phone to call my bank .. just for them to tell me yes transaction did go thru.. and my card was in good standing and they don't see any reason why it would show declined on their end.. I called the store back and ask to speak with the manager, just to tell them they have something wrong in their system.. ended up talking to a different manager.. while speaking with her she did say they had 2 transaction come in at the same time.. one for the card that was stolen.. and then my transaction, that for some reason it said my cvc # was wrong.. even tho it does not ask for you to imput that during checkout.. Anywho the manager I spoke to last said she went to find out who spoke to me before hand.. but no one would confess.. I told her at this point I didn't care anymore.. that they should have some sort of group meeting and go over customer service.. I called at 5:45 pm to place my order received a called around 6:45 for me to pick my order up, by then i was already and route to ouck my food up. Got my food and both pizza was dry. Call and and complained about my pizze being dry, i didnt want a refund i just wanted my medium pizza made over, my family size i order i had done already fed my four kids with that one. I talked to two ppl on the phone one was the lady Kim. I dont k ow if she was having i express i wasn't happy with my order and she told me i let my pizza sat a whole before pickup which was a lie. That was the reason my pizza was dried out is what she told me. She argued about me co.ing to pick my pizza up, she called me at 6:46 i was pulling in lot 6:49. How is that a whole hour she yelled over the phone she will not be issuing a refund because i let a pizza i paid 60 dollars for out my hard earn money sit a extra 40 min then turned around and said hour. Read moreOn July 5, 2021, I came to Beggars Pizza in Oak Forest with my family. I received horrible service. My family and I waited for at least 30 minutes before a waitress came to table to take drink orders. After the waitress Holly brought the drinks, she took awhile before she came back to take food order. After waiting for 45 minutes, we finally receive salad that should have came out within 15 minutes. The pizza came out over 2 hour later from the time we arrive. We noticed that other customers receive their pizza prior to us but they sat down afterwards. We had to ask another waitress to request our waitress to come to table for drinks and to order another pizza. If I hadn’t requested, I don’t think Holly would have came over. Holly also spilled lemonade on my jacket, purse, and arm. She asked me whether I need napkins. I couldn’t believe she asked when clearly she could see she spilled lemonade on me. It took her another 10 minutes to bring napkins. I requested to speak with the Manager. The manager Sharon was no better. She took what happen as a joke. She wasn’t apologetic and she was told about the horrible service. My sister had to tell Sharon is that all we are requesting is quality service and she is telling us they are short staffed.
