My husband and I have been customers with TMT for about a year or so now. They have been amazing. First is they explain things in an easy way that even those not mechanically savy can understand.
Second they are so friendly and personable. Whenever I call in they know who I am. Dawn is so friendly and will remember little things about what you talked about even not related to the repair. It's really excellent customer service.
Third is the loaner car. This is seriously a GAME CHANGER. I don't even mind paying a little more because I know my repairs and maintenance are done with quality parts and knowledgeable staff. The fact that we get to use a loaner car FREE means no time missed off work and no rental car fees. It's seriously so worth it!
Fourth the inspection they do is so helpful to know that they are taking the time to make sure you know what is going on with your car and it's not just hey you need this. There are photos to show. They aren't going to tell you something is wrong if it's not because they take photos to back up what they are saying.
I really can go on and on. I have never had a mechanic shop that I've gone to consistently. I've just had so and so fix it or try to fix it myself as cheap as possible. The peace of mind bringing it here and the eliminated frustration of trying to find someone to fix it is gone.
I also love they leave a little something for you after your repair be it just some candy, a hand sanitizer, car coaster, it's always a little happy thank you. Plus they wash and vacuum your car. What other shop does that? Amazing customer...
Read more"Free Loaner Car" is false advertisement. $3600 is more accurate. I posted a rave review about the TMT location in Granger, but my experience with the Bremen location is much different. I have a 2017 Dodge Journey that I spent 4k with TMT Granger just last year replacing my alternator. Fast forward to this year, I was experiencing similar problems and the people at this location had the nerve to quote me $13,000 for a car that isn't even worth that much. I should have known then to go running for the hills. I told them I want my car driveable, and to have the speed sensors and light bulbs replaced. I was initially told with the engine diagnostic price ($1200) would be applied to any work I had done, that was a lie. Within a couple of days of getting my car back, i had a horrible rattling sound that turned out to be a loose bolt that got dropped into my brake pads. To add insult to injury, you'd imagine my surprise when I got pulled over all because of the burnt out brake light and license plate light bulbs they didn't even even bother to replace in order to make sure my car is SAFE & STREET LEGAL TO DRIVE after $3600 in repairs. I'm not even convinced that actually changed my oil. ...
Read moreWhen I thought I was in need of new transmission I checked around. A $3000 quote here, no response there, not to mention the rude managers at other shops. I read a few reviews and decided to take my beater truck to TMT. It was 7 degrees, my radiator just blew up and it was 7 in the morning. I was greeted by some of the nicest people. Most Bremen people are. I knew my truck was in good hands. A part of their customer service, they let you borrow a car. Wow! I've never heard of this from any other shop. How convenient is that for four days? Anyway, I found out I didn't need a new transmission. I needed a throttle valve cable. That's exactly what I thought! HAHA! Instead of a $3000 transmission, I was charged $250. Well, I needed other work completed like the radiator, and some new brakes. Nothing too major, but much needed work. What I like the best about this place is how they explain the what the problem is, without demeaning the customer. Oh, I almost forgot, they have a program, the Car Club Membership, that has a bunch of benefits and coupons. In the end I saved $139. I can't say enough about this small town, family owned company. They have my business and my referrals.
Thanks A...
