Bremen U-Store-It — Local services in Bremen

I rented a storage unit from their kiosk and upon arriving to the unit it was locked and somebody else was using it so I contacted the company and they said yes the locker was currently being rented by someone else and that they would work to resolve the issue and get my money back. It has been two months now I have called them multiple times They said they had canceled it, which was false. They have charged me for the last three months for a storage locker that I never even got to take possession of. Their customer service is horrible and they never get back to you when they say they’re going to they do not resolve any of the issues that they say they are going to I would not recommend this place for anybody looking to store their stuff the customer service...
