This store is a complete joke, as is their "live arrival guarantee." I ordered tadpoles and the full setup; the tadpoles arrived dead. I reordered tadpoles with extra food and a lily pad; tadpoles arrived dead once again. They refunded the tadpoles but won't refund the lily pad and food - what am I supposed to do with tadpole food having dead tadpoles? I offered to send the items back, but apparently, I'm responsible for shipping costs...give me a break. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money here. I think this was a great concept. The ants do not last very long. I ordered 50 ants. Some were dead on arrival and squished at the bottom of the tube. Some died in the transfer to the plastic farm. It said ti refrigerate them for 10-15 minute to slow them down. I followed the directions and everything. I want to say they lasted a total of 7-10 days before they were all dead. I recommend going to the store if possible or finding a local place...
