Oh how I wish I could give this store 0 stars. So I ordered Pizza a few weeks ago. The online order said 45 mins, 2 hours later I still had not received my order. I called the store after trying a few times before, and the lady said it was canceled because they could not contact me or had no lot number. (I did nothing new since the last few times I had ordered.) I told them they did not contact me and that I even talked to a girl there 30 mins before and they said my food was on the way. The manager then got on the phone and proceeded to argue and talk down to me. He finally told me that he will send out my food after he charged me again. I explained they had already charged me and I wasn't paying twice. He told me after a few minutes of conversation to shut up and listen. After much frustration and him trying to wrongly explain how card charges work, I agreed for my hungry kids sake and they charged me for way more than what I had previously paid. Now frustrated and with 2 charges on my card I called customer service. The told me upper management would then call and give me a refund for both amounts. A week passes so I call back same story. Another week passes and I call. The lady I talked to that night said the manager in an effort to ignore me kept putting a 1 in the report so he would not receive notification for my report. Then was told division or regional would call me. Its been a week since then and I just got told the same thing by customer...
Read moreJust ordered my weekly pizza from this Pizza Hut. This was an egregious showing. 1) the workers inside were too busy screwing around to pay attention to their jobs. 2) Not surprisingly they gave me the wrong pizza so I had to drive back across town to have them remake the pizza. When my wife called to tell them that they gave me the wrong pizza, who ever waited on her was too lazy to look up the order and made her dig out the ticket and read the order # (I always order online so the order could've been found easily). 3)Then I get tailgated into the parking lot by one of their delivery drivers and almost hit by another before I went inside. Once inside I was rudely greeted by one of the workers and asked for the manager. He told me that "he had personally remade my pizza, " like I should feel special that the mighty Connor made my pizza. He was full of excuses, promised me a credit that I am expected to believe they will be able to locate next time if they aren't too lazy to look up my phone #. Then he proceeded to laugh at me. This is what happens when your Managers are no more than 19 and look 1/2 stoned. Definitely won't be back after I cash in my supposedly...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would ..our food got delivered spilled pizza sauce literally leaking out of the box all over other boxes ….. wings flipped over and sauce spilled every where leaking out of the box. We waited an hour for the food to be delivered then turned around and drove to the store…. Showed them the mistake and they said they couldn’t do anything …. Obviously we were frustrated the guy running the register tried to help but who ever he asked for help maybe management? Asked us to leave the store after we spent 60 dollars on food that they refused to replace. I’ll attach pictures of how awful our food came in delivered…… you will see why we were unhappy we order from here all the time but after this never again…. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place and always has been but id rather eat somewhere else then ever deal with the type of customer service I dealt...
