Saturday 6/12/21, I brought a picture in of hair color / highlights I wanted , the stylist Katie kept assuring me it would be pretty over & over again. I noticed she wasn’t turning the chair around so I could see it. It was a blonde modern highlight, she told me she added Carmel toner to it which I thought was odd but figured she was the professional. I got up to the counter & she charged 196.00 for a bayalage. But all she did was put 10 foils in it. And the toner took away any blonde that was there. I have tried calling the store & left a message but no one has gotten back to me. I feel I was ripped off my hair looked exactly like it did when I walked in only a little lighter. I have pictures. I feel I was ripped off. I would’ve have liked a refund , I’ll never go back if this doesn’t get rectified. She knew I wasn’t happy but just kept gushing about what a great...

After being given a photo which our stylist was given the option to keep the photo on her desk and actively open. She insisted she didn't need it We went in for an angled bob. My daughter got about 5-9 inches cut off in the end. I've never seen it cut that way ever and I went to beauty school. It was not nicely angled. One side was just blunt cut to her chin, while the other side had some what of an angle. I didn't want to have to go super short in the back but that's what ended up having to happen when I took her home. Should have cut it myself honest to goodness. Idk maybe if they stopped double booking it would help.....

I have been going to this salon for at least the past 15 years. I Absolutely Love The service and cuts I get here. I used to get color and highlights but because of some medical issues haven't been getting those services done lately, but was very satisfied with them when receiving them. I usually have the same two stylists cut my hair, just because they have been doing it for so long and know what I like. I have recommended this salon to many people, and a lot of the time it's because they ask me who cuts my hair.
