I purchased a can of paint and some paintbrushes a few days ago. The buying experience wasnt bad, but the next day i received a call from a woman who worked there stating that i needed to come in and pay for the can of paint, which i assumed i paid for since the cashier scanned everything at check out. The woman who called never apologized to me once for the mishap, not my mistake, but clearly the stores mistake for not making sure it was scanned and me never checking my receipt after the purchase. I took the can of paint back to the store and just let them keep it. The store is very clean and well kept - not a huge Ace but seems to stock the majority of the core products. The vast majority of the times I've stopped here I just get very lousy customer service. Twice I bought Ego power equipment and it was like I was an inconvenience trying to get someone to help me drop a few hundred bucks.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I buy all paint for my house and garage here. They are exceptional at mixing paint. The staff has gone beyond regular effort to help me. This summer I needed a particular type of weed pulling tool. None was on display. They found one in the inventory storage area. It was exactly what I wanted. There is always someone ready to load mulch or garden soil bags into my car. The people that work here...
