Original Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Briar Creek

12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap 🌯. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak 🌯 wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years +. So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. Good for pizza, just ok for subs and other items. We usually do delivery and they have always delivered on time with a correct order. Their pizza is is a pretty solid choice for the area, thin crust, flavored well, but their subs, pastas and wings are just ok. The bread on the subs always seems less fresh than other places. Wings are expensive and flavor is ok, not as good as other places. Pastas are nothing special. Nothing from here is "bad" just nothing great either We order from them when we need a quick delivery or just want pizza, but it's not the best place in the area if you have time for...

Went here today february 22nd with my wife and daughter and we all got salads i got the buffalo chicken salad , my wife got the chicken ceasar salad, and my daughter got the marinated chicken salad and let me tell ya all the salads were excellent and ya got what ya paid for , can honestly say everyone in the restaurant were working together , all except the delivery driver , standing around texting on his phone , if that was my bisiness he wouldnt be on his phone he would be working in the kitchen helping with the orders and leaving his phone in his car or he would be on the...
