This review is over one associate at this Walmart and NOT of the Corn Dog stand
I was shopping at this Walmart after buying a corn dog at the corn dog stand and I needed to go to the restroom. The only toilet stall was occupied so I left and checked back a few times and it was finally vacant so I went to use the bathroom. The cleaning staff kept knocking and I said âI am in here.â I heard the door open after that and I thought they were coming in so repeated myself. It was, however, someone else so I said âSorry, I thought it was the cleaning staff.â. When I got done in the restroom, this rude associate who is a white man with a beard, he bald on top, and has white and greyish hair, and had a red shirt on at the time, and hevhad no name tag, decided to stop me to bully and harass me. He was very rude, disrespectful, and because I have autism and touretteâs, discriminated against me. He probably was wondering what was wrong in the restroom, and I told him I have a medical condition. To be honest, he asked if I used to work at Walmart and I said no. Later on, I saw him at customer service and I told him that I have a question. He became extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive and told me âDonât poke the bear.â. I took that as a threat of bodily harm and I just left. I called corporate and a formal disciplinary complaint has been filed against him with Human Resources for harassment and discrimination. He definitely needs to be fired for he is no fit to he in customer care. I used to be a loyal customer here and sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy. Now just because of this one monster associate who is a complete jerk that I do not feel safe around since he threatened me with harm, I will have my prescription sent to Walgreens. I sure pray to God that he gets fired. It will not surprise me one bit if this man is a racist as well.
The corn dog stand, however, had the best corn dogs I have ever eaten, and the staff there is...
Read moreThis Walmart is on my way to work and sometimes I stop there before work if I need to grab something real quick before I go into workâŚâŚ employees have always been friendly and I have never had an issues. However, this week I went into work early a few days and I did not realize they donât open until 6 am. Thatâs fine, I didnât look it up and itâs not the fact they are closed that bothers me. But I pulled in to run in real quick , lights were on, lots of cars in parking lot and even the main door and side doors were openâŚ. Therefore I assume they are open?!? Two employees are sitting outside on the front curb and as I get out of my vehicle they are smoking , sitting on curb and yell at me âclosed!â âClosed!â As they take a drag from their cigarette. Then the lady says â closed⌠donât come back until 6âI just found this whole experience trashy. And unprofessional. This morning and the way these two employees spoke and acted towards me has left a bad image in my head of this store and the employees! Very unprofessional. We really need to class up southeast Texas. At least put your cigarette out and speak to me in a...
Read moreWalmart in West Orange, TX, stole my car battery: I took my nearly brand new Walmart battery to Walmart store in West Orange, TX, to recharge it. When I went to pick it up the next day, they switched my nearly new Walmart brand battery with a dead Duracell battery and claimed that was the battery I brought in to be charged. I refused to accept the Duracell and explained that I NEVER EVER PUT A DURACELL in my Cadillac. They claimed that they had a video of me at the automotive center, but they refused to show me the video and insisted that the dead Duracell was my battery. They would not allow me to see the video but insisted that the Duracell was my battery. After a recent change in managers at this store, customer care went into the toilet. I will never trust the West Orange, TX, Walmart Store to do any automotive work for me again after 40 years of a happy CS. Thank you, local Walmart, for destroying my faith in you. I will drive 20 miles to another Walmart store...
