Seafood Shack Wingz & More — Restaurant in Bridge City

Everyone suggested this place so we were excited to try it. We ordered half a pound of boiled shrimp , 1 pound of crawfish, and a fish dinner. We requested potatoes,corn, tartar sauce, And dipping sauces for the crawfish. We were told that they would put them in there when it came out. We drive all the way home get inside the bag is full of juice at the bottom there's no tartar sauce, no sauce, no corn. So I called to let them know that our order was not right and the woman informed me that the only way they can fix it is if I come back down there and bring the food. No ma'am i have already driven home, went inside and changed clothes. The way you fix it is when a customer is placing an order you actually double check the order when it comes out the kitchen to make sure it's right....

The wings here are amazing. But they only make shrimp fried rice, and they don't specify that on their menu. When I order fried rice, I didn't ask for shrimp, and wanted regular fried rice. We get the order and I look in the container, and the fried rice had shrimp in it? I am highly allergic to shrimp. So my husband when back in to let them know, the girl didn't say a word to him and took the container to the kitchen, about 10 minutes later she hands him another container of rice and then proceeded to say "we only make shrimp fried rice, so the cook made you regular steamed rice" ?? Mind you the steamed white rice was very nasty, hard and tasted old, like it was sitting in their cooler, it was not fresh at all, so that was a waste of $5. So if you go here,...

Tonight the manager on duty, Paris was rude, had an attitude, and was condescending about her staff. The servers/kitchen made a mistake and she came out saying we needed to pay for the other meal to cover their mistake. She said we should have told them more than once about the mistake. We did mention and question the mistake. Food is good. She needs a different approach to customer service. It was unfortunate but she could have handled the situation differently.
