Not sure if I just got an inexperienced girl or if the standards have dropped with the new store. I came with my daughter to the other location years ago for a prom dress and the staff was beyond helpful they brought her dresses to try on after they asked her a few questions and she fell in love with the third dress she tried on, o was so impressed with the level of service provided for a prom dress. So of course this is where I came looking for the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. I arrived at my appointment the girl didn’t ask me anything I told her I was looking for an A line style dress she pointed to the rack with hundreds of dresses in bags (most without pictures of what the dress looked like) and said there’s some like that in there take a look. She didn’t show me a single dress, she did carry the ones I found to the dressing room and was on my heels the entire time but didn’t offer and real help. So imagine my surprise when I given an envelope so I could “tip” her. I’m not sure when that became a thing at dress stores but I’m not against it if I received an actual service! I chose this place because I was so impressed with the level of service I received in the past and I thought they would be able to help me find the perfect dress. I knew the dresses here are very expensive most between $500-1,000 (plus tip apparently) and I would have gladly paid that had I found a dress. Instead I drove 3 hours tried on 19 dresses and left empty handed. Sad to see the level of service has declined so much while also expecting the customer to tip for it. I’m not sure the girls or at least the girl assigned to us knows how tipping works. In my shock at being put on the spot asking for the tip I did leave her something but nothing near what I would have had I walked out with a dress. I’m writing this review because all the way home I thought why did I tip her, why didn’t I say anything, how will she know she is terrible at this job if I just hand her money for nothing, so that’s why I’m leaving this review in hopes someone sees it and decides to properly train these girls on how to wait on customers if they want...

Words can’t even begin to express how thankful and grateful I am for the incredible experience I had with Aubrey while shopping for my prom dress. From the second I stepped into the store, Aubrey treated me like more than just a customer—she treated me like family. Her kindness, patience, and sincere dedication made what could have been a stressful day one of the most special and memorable moments of my life.

I came in feeling nervous and unsure of what I wanted, but Aubrey made everything feel so effortless. She took the time to get to know me, asked thoughtful questions, and listened closely to what I liked (and what I didn’t). Her eye for style is absolutely amazing—she pulled dresses that fit my personality and body type perfectly. It honestly felt like she knew exactly what I needed before I even did.

But what truly sets Aubrey apart is her heart. She never once rushed me or made me feel pressured. Instead, she cheered me on, built up my confidence, and made me feel genuinely beautiful. She went above and beyond in every possible way—from helping me choose the perfect accessories to giving honest, supportive feedback that made me feel truly seen and cared for. I could feel how much she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my dress, and that kind of care is rare.

Thanks to Aubrey, I not only found the prom dress of my dreams, but I also walked out of that store feeling more confident, excited, and proud of myself than I ever expected. It was so much more than just a shopping trip—it was a moment I’ll remember forever.

Aubrey is truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile for you, make you feel special, and treat you with the utmost kindness and respect, please go see her. She is the most helpful, sweetest, and most genuine person I’ve ever met in retail—or anywhere, really. I will forever be thankful for her.

This place is amazing! I’ve bought two prom dresses from here and I recommend it to my friends whenever I get the chance. I have to drive over an hour to get to the Bridgeport location, but it’s 100% worth it. It’s such a neat environment inside and the selection is much larger than at any other store I went to before.

And if that’s not enough, the staff is simply the best. Everyone there is so enthusiastic and really cares about addressing you as a person. They respect your budget, pay close attention to what you like and don’t like, and take the time to pull out dresses they think you might love. Even when they’re focused on helping someone else, they’re always ready to zip you up and offer their thoughts if you want them. They know how to make everyone feel comfortable and gorgeous in what they’re wearing.

Lauren especially helped me last night while I shopped for my senior prom dress. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to top my dress from last year, but she made sure my dress this year was just as special! She made helpful comments on every dress she saw me try on, and gave incredibly useful tips to help me choose. My final two picks ended up being the dresses that she had picked out, so she really has a talent for figuring out what people like and helping them find it.
