Subway — Restaurant in Bridgeport Charter Township

Ordered online for a family of 4 , waited our time then went to pick up the order. Drove back home with 4 sandwiches and opened them up to have dinner with the family and one of them didn’t have any meat at all. Called them and explained to a worker the situation and she responses. ( That’s not possible ) So I said I am on my way back to the store right now to show you how it’s possible. (Meanwhile we had packaged the sandwich back up and was on our way back to subway in Bridgeport.) Get to the store and show the workers behind the counter and the lady says there’s no way we just made those. ( Why would I drive all the way home and take the meat off ourself just to call back and drive ALL THE WAY BACK for a few slices of meat. ) this sandwich by the way was the Italian BMT . All I wanted was my sandwich I originally ordered made correctly for a nice meal at dinner. So instead of providing good customer service for the inconvenience she opens up the now cold and soggy sandwich and slaps a few pieces of meat on and wraps it back up and calls it good.

By FAR THE WORST customer service I have experienced at any fast food / restaurant chain to date. Will never come here again and definitely will spread the word about...

Ordered 2 subs and one soup. Got to window and only charges me 7$ n hands me one sub . I explained my quantity of my order again. She takes the one sub back , then comes to tell me oh you owe me 11 more dollars . So i paid it . Then she hands me my one soup and yet again only one single sub . I explained a second time i ordered TWO subs ONE soup. She looked at me confused and said i gave you the other sub . I then explain that she took it back from me when she got the order wrong the first time . She goes back, grabs that sub and then puts it back thru the window for the second time . Especially with covid i wasnt sure she was allowed to even take the sub back the first time but i wanted my order right so i didnt bother . Finally i have two subs and my one soup . Seemed very confused on the whole transaction. But what i noticed when i got home to eat it my sub was not what i expected . My meatball sub was dry. Very dry. It had only four meatballs on it the size of a quarter which i was fine with but BARLEY any sauce . When you order a marinara meatball sub you most likely expect marinara to be on it . But no it was just the four balls and literally like a t -spoon of sauce in the middle . It was...

Would no longer come in to this particular subway and wouldn’t recommend doing so to any fellow truck driver or anyone else for that matter! I used to stop at TA just for them but with time I noticed their decline in quality of food and in amount of portions they put on your sandwiches. Yesterday was a last draw! Came in and asked for a foot long, first of they blocked the view of food choices from you now, so you can’t see anything and supposedly must know by a memory what to ask for(look at the pic). So I ask them for a stake and she begin doing something, since u can’t see anything then she puts it in a stove warms it up and take it out and BAM! Hardly any meat on the sandwich! Used to be a honest place when they would put two portions for foot and ask if you wanted a third for extra, this was a one spread on two parts! Then you ask for your vegetables and you get very little of each and half of them old and prob on their last leg been sitting there for month. Dishonest and cheap!
