Panda Garden — Restaurant in Stratford

If I could rate this place for the worst customer service I would give them O and No Stars. I called to place an order 1h15min before their menu stated they closed, I called twice before a woman answered the phone and yelling in a rude, disrespectful and nasty tone “stop calling you don’t have to keep calling over n over again we’re closed”. I was honestly taking back and applaud because I have never experienced anything like this from any restaurant before. I told her to relax and said you don’t have to be rude your menu stated you close at 10pm , she continued “we want to go home and we closed do u get it”. I had about enough of her nasty demeaning attitude at this point, I told her no worries I will never order here again!!! little did she know that call was on speakerphone and she was heard by a few people we as a group of staff from Bridgeport Hospital orders from them occasional and when we do it’s usually over 100$ Plus each time and tip. We all agreed we will NEVER patronize Panda Garden restaurant ever again!!! We were happy to take our business to another restaurant that appreciates...

First time ORDER... Just searching Oriental Chinnesse food... Give 3 star as I started with Wonton soup... In the money! As I keep there menu will order as time goes by. New in town. "So far is Good and the prices are where they suspose to be out there. Thank you guy's! See you soon....We'll as all Chinese restaurants all meat portions are so little that an example pork fried rice I've counted 8-9 tiny mix with less, Shrimp 4-5, Pepper Steak 5-6 small thin slices...Not worth returning for small portions of main courses. Just give boost of local Chinese restaurants today order a lunch which $7.25 WAS, NOW IS $9.25 .... portions are not expected with the meat on a Pepper Steak... more of everything but 5 thin strips of Beef...the pork can't find them in fried rice... Rather go to a Buffet in my neighborhood. Understanding things are in rise, but services for what you paid and nothing else is NOT ACCEPTABLE. DON'T WAIST YOUR HARD WORK MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORTH GOING...

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!!!!!!

I ordered SHRIMP in garlic sauce, when order arrived it was chicken. The order was for my sister who doesn't eat meat so I know I didn't order chicken. When I called to rectify the situation, the woman who answers the phone stated I ordered chicken. I then expressed to her that I would not order chicken & broccoli for a pescatarian. She then rudely replied "it's your fault then bring it back if you want shrimp". My sister then takes the phone states that she was in ears length when I placed the call. The lady again stated it's your fault, bring it back and then HANGS up the phone!!! LIVID because my sister doesn't have a meal,I reorder the meal to be delivered. The delivery person was tipped the first time, do you know he had the nerve to ask my nephew for a tip the second delivery. ON top of all the back and forth the shrimp and garlic sauce was bland,no...
