I rented speakers and a wireless microphone from this establishment for my wedding. I told the owner/manager Rob that I would be playing out of my phone and computer and that I needed the necessary equipment for that and he said the package I was renting came with all the cords I would need for that. When my crew set up the speakers, they found there was no aux cord and we had to use the microphone held up to my phone and computer for all the music at my wedding. It sounded awful. It was extremely stressful and really put a damper on a very important day. I spent over $200 to have good quality sound and united sound really dropped the ball.

When I returned the equipment, I asked if the could provide any sort of refund. All they would give me was 5% ($10) for ruining my day. They said they never charged me for the aux cord so they felt that what they provided was acceptable. If you’re looking to rent from this company, don’t.
