She didn’t give me my sons boots when i went to go pick up his outfit , i noticed afterwards because i had such a busy day so i sent my boyfriend to go pick them up, she was suppose to order them because she didn’t have his size at the time which is a size 6 . this lady , this lady !! told my boyfriend she has the boot box size 6 but not the boots? how dumb do you sound what am i going to do with a box . my boyfriend called me telling me she is going to give him a size 5 and i was furious because she ordered them specifically for my son but apparently she said she doesn’t know what happen to the boots and keep saying to take the size 5 instead knowing that doesn’t fit his feet. i told my boyfriend i was going over there and to just wait, he told her i was coming to see what was going on and guess what, the boots appeared out of no where, she was going to hear my mouth if i went over there for sure :) horrible service and rude ! i was told afterwards that she messes up a lot of people orders and decorations at parties . Go somewhere else it’s not worth it and prices are high for no reason .

Ella no me dio las botas de mi hijo cuando fui a recoger su atuendo, me di cuenta después porque tenía un día muy ocupado, así que mande a mi novio a recogerlas, se suponía que las ordenaría porque no las tenía. No tengo su talla en ese momento, que es una talla 6. esta señora , esta señora !! Le dijo a mi novio que tiene la caja de botas talla 6 pero no las botas? qué tonta suenas, qué voy a hacer con una caja. mi novio me llamo diciéndome que le va a dar una talla 5 y yo estaba furiosa porque ella las ordeno específicamente para mi hijo pero aparentemente dijo que no sabe que paso con las botas y sigue diciendo que tome la talla 5 en su lugar sabiendo que no se ajusta a sus pies. Le dijo a mi novio que iba para allá y que esperara, él le dijo que venía a ver qué pasaba y adivina qué, las botas aparecieron de la nada, ella me iba a escuchar la boca si iba para allá. seguro :) servicio horrible y grosero! Después me dijeron que ella estropea los pedidos y las decoraciones de muchas personas en las fiestas. Vaya a otro lugar, no vale la pena y los precios son...
