Garden Oaks Specialties — Local services in Bridgewater Township

Since the owner claims to have no record of me, I will go through the timeline to see if this helps them with their memory:

I spoke to Ralph in January of 2020, my initial phone call, when I was inquiring about moving a swing set that was purchased from your company. He asked me to send pictures of the swing set to his email and he would call me about a moving date. Nobody every called to schedule this date I followed up with Ralph on March 16 and received no response on the move. I followed up once again with Ralph on March 25 and he had informed me that they would contact me to schedule a move as they had just started work back up. Once again, no response. I sent an email to Ralph once again on April 17 and he informed me that they had shut down all operations due to the Coronavirus pandemic, totally understandable. Sent an two emails to Ralph on May 15 and May 17, inquiring about the swing set move, but once again, neither email was returned or responded to. I was informed by Jason, who provided me his email after a phone call in July that you were back open and running on July 21. He told me they had no records of any of my previous requests to Ralph, who was no longer with the company, but he would be happy to help me with my swing set move. I provided him pictures and my contact information as per his request. He said he would be calling me to schedule the move. Once again, nobody got in contact with me. I sent another email to Jason on August 25 to follow up with the request, but this email once again didn't get any answer. I called Jason on 10/14/20, he once again requested that I sent him pictures and my information of the swing set move, which would now be my third time sending this, as he still didn't have a record of this. He told me that he would schedule the move for sometime the next week, I don't quite remember the date. When Jason arrived at my house, he told me they were unable to remove the swing set because they didn't have the proper tool and they would have to reschedule. Jason never called to reschedule, so I called again, in which he set up another date to move the equipment. An hour after you guys were supposed to show up, I received a call from your company that you guys were not going to show up due to a death in the family of Jason, but you would call me back to schedule an appointment. Once again, nobody called to follow up.

I am not sure if this jars your memory of me being a customer, but these are the events that transpired with Garden Oaks. I hired another local company to move the swing set whose name is Re-Move-All, who was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Once again, if anyone wants to buy a swing set from Garden Oaks, it is a great company, as long as you want to get the run around and no response from anyone for over 10 months. Never buy anything from these guys. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and have no idea how to follow up with a customer. As you can see with other reviews on Google, when they receive a negative review, they claim they don't know you and move on. Do not buy things from here and...

Let me start with: We have spent nearly $10k with this group. Two jobs in close succession when we moved to our new home. First a very nice shed Then nice fencing around our property. Now, My wife and I Waited well over 1 year (1 YEAR folks) for someone to come fix our fence that they installed over 1 year before. Recently, Jason came over and did a quick fix on one area of fencing but we don’t know when they will come fix the other area. We are willing to pay. I even called saying we got 2 puppies that actually went under the fence area that NEEDS to be fixed, still no response. Do the fix, be done with it, instead we have to leave a review. This is my second experience with Garden Oaks. My first experience was 20 years ago at our previous home and it was great then and is still great. They have a great selection of sheds that are built to last as evidenced by our experience with the one purchased 20 years ago. We recently sold that house and needed a new shed at our new home and the process was as great as last time with buying this time. The new shed was installed by their professional installers with no issues. I highly recommend Garden Oaks based on my experience 20 years ago...
