Wide variety of Indian veggies and Dry snacks. Store is well maintained. Shelves and Freezers are always stocked with many Indian food items. They have full range if Indian cosmetic items as well. I have been their customer from past 11 years. There was never been a bad experience. The owner and his wife, knows me by name and always ask about how me and my family are doing. Their prices are much better and reasonable than other Indian grocery stores like Patel Brothers, Patidaar and Star Bazaar. Don’t believe the negative reviews people write here. Some people are very demanding and when their unfair request has not been fulfilled, they just simply go on google and write negative reviews but they don’t think twice that their childish and immature behavior costs hundreds and thousands of dollars to the business in terms future potential sales especially when it’s not their mistake. NO ONE SHOULD DO THAT. REVIEWS SHOULD BE GENUINE SO THAT IT HELPS PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AS WELL AS THE BUSINESS. I still remember when I was inside this grocery store one day and an old man around 50 years of age was acting so rude and arguing with the owner for not allowing him to buy more than 1 bag of atta. The owner clearly put a note that said “1 bag of atta per family.” I was so upset and wanted to intervene but because the man was almost 50 years of age, a decency should be expected at least from himself. I felt bad for the owner that he had to deal with this nonsense. He was just allowing 1 bag per family so that everyone has a chance to buy at least 1 bag of atta since the Indian government banned the export of atta. If he would have allowed to buy more than 1 bag to that gentleman, the owner would have made the money the same day rather than waiting for the next day to sell the same bag to the different family. I seriously have no word for people like that customer. “America mein aa toh gaye, lekin decency nahi sikhey” I feel good on seeing that the owner of this Bhavani Grocery store is putting his customers and their families...
Read moreThis store is the absolute worst -- the people who run this place are extremely rude and have no sense of customer service. I went in this morning at 10 am (once the store had opened) and we were the first customers there. We were hoping to pick up a few vegetables, however, the area with the vegetables was closed off. We asked if it was possible to grab a few things and the lady rudely said, "The vegetables won't open for another half hour." She said it in a extremely condescending tone and implied that we somehow should have known that the vegetable section doesn't open even though the store has officially opened up. During COV-ID many small (local) grocery chains are struggling to stay open. However, this place does not deserve anyone's business with their terrible attitude. I'll be surprised if this grocery store manages to remain afloat given their poor behavior towards customers. Save your money, go elsewhere!
I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews on Google -- feel like many of these...
