King Soopers Pharmacy — Local services in Brighton

New to this pharmacy, not the best first impression so far. I just moved to the Brighton area from Thornton, I called my original Thornton location to see what I needed to do to switch my prescriptions over to the Brighton location, they told me all I needed to do was call them and give them my information and they would fill my script right away. I called the Brighton location, was put on hold for almost fifteen minutes. After explaining everything they told me there would be no issue and that my script would be filled the next afternoon. I didn't go in for two days and when I did of course they had no idea where my script was and that they would have it filled in 25 minutes. I decided not to go back and to pick it up today, again just called asking if my script was ready and they told me no my script must've been filled at my previous location, as I started to explain my situation to the tech and she kept interrupting me saying "okay, okay, okay, okay.." Hopefully by the time I'm off work I can get my script...

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time i get a message or call saying my prescription is ready I go to pick it up and it’s not ready. This has happened 3 times in a row. I just had a baby 8 weeks ago and I didn’t have any pain meds for the first week because they for some reason couldn’t figure it out. Also ended up needing antibiotics after my incision opened up and of course I didnt get them till 10 days after they were prescribed. Now that it has been 8 weeks since I’ve given birth, Ive been trying to get back on birth control since the middle of August. They texted me saying it was ready, when I went to pick up. AGAIN, It was not. It is now September 13th and I’m literally pulled up to the drive thru window right now. I’ve been waiting for 10 min so far and no one has came to the window Yet. I never write review about anything but i had to this time. Definitely going to switch pharmacies. this one is only 2 min away from my house but I’d rather drive further away for...

I always have bad experience here. I don't ever write review but is horrible here. First they take their sweet time before they help you. Then they'll tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes. So I shop around pay for the groceries and did a drive thru. Waiting at the drive thru at least 5 mins before someone come to help. Got another answer that it won't be ready until 15 minutes. So I went home for about an hour or so and went back got an answer saying it won't be ready until 15 minutes again. Went home upset and drop by the next day gave them my information and they can't find my name in the system. The way he talk and the tone of his voice just wasn't nice. Took him about 15 minutes to straight it out and I finally got my medicine. Overall they're customer service is bad they act like they're doing us a favors for giving us medicine. Feels like they hate their job. They work at their own pace. Is it just me? Or is everyone getting the same...
