I paid nearly 4K for this couch and bought the warranty just for it to look like the pictures below. The side with a large gap also behaves differently when reclined but warranty will not cover this because it isn’t “broken” and as they put it “they are all like this” so they will not replace it. They only offered me my money back with the added bonus of them keeping 10%, the delivery fee, and the pick up. They offered to let me switch it out for another piece but proceeded to follow me around the store as I was looking and tell me about how the other furniture had issues as well. I was looking at the catnapper and the GM admitted that people call to complain after a few months that the stuffing in the couch moves around and it starts to look old. I went to the store a few minutes down the road that sells catnapper and that told me all I needed to know about the quality at this store. The catnapper on Scweles floor feels like it is half way stuffed compared to the catnapper at the other store. Just take a look and compare those before you buy here and also see the photos attached and look at the backs of there couch and ask questions about the warranty.

I contacted lifestyles manufacturer and was told this is not a normal deviation for their products like Schweles was saying and the GM told me she had also spoke with someone about this piece from lifestyles manufacturer who said it is a normal variation.. During my convo with the manufacturer they wanted an email with all the details and it turns out that lifestyle isn’t even the manufacturer. Been a loyal customer for over 15 plus years spent approximately 30,000 plus dollars over the course of time bought a king sized mattress back in December last year it is terrible quality I believe it to he a refurbished mattress and not a brand new one and the brand in question is one of the brands that has been proven to give refurbished mattresses and not brand new ,after the years and money I have spent I feel like I didn't get the good customer service I should of and was told there was nothing they could do for me ,so beware everyone I wouldn't recommend buying a mattress from here at all . We went to Shewels to buy a couch and two recliners. We were told about their special of buy $1000 worth of furniture and get $1000 free. We picked out a nice couch and we were told that the two recliners would be included. While we were waiting for our sales lady to do the paperwork another lady came out and spoke to her. Then our sales lady comes over and says that there has been a misunderstanding and that instead of the agreed price of $1200, it's was now going to be over $1800. That is totally unacceptable and shady business practices. We will never ever set foot inside this business ever again.
