After having a terrible experience with another tailor in Tulsa, my fiance urged me to come here. I was trying to find a tailor that could measure me for a wedding dress that I had intended to buy online. I was at my wits end and I had been crying off and on all day.. Because I was totally dehumanized and humiliated at another place, to the point where I was honestly just thinking about calling the wedding off and doing the court house thing... I just didn't want to deal with it anymore or be subjected to more humiliation.

Anyway, my fiance did some googling and found Olga's shop. I reluctantly decided to go there and give it a shot... Fully expecting another horrible experience.. But I was wrong. TOTALLY different experience here! Right away, I was treated like a human, with respect and welcomed by Amy.

I'm a very big girl and I was going to order my dress online, because nowhere makes dresses my size.

At no point was I made fun of or made to feel disgusting or embarrassed. They even had large size dresses I could try on and they could get an idea of what my options were. Olga even said she could make me a dress if there wasn't anything that I liked and wanted to get altered. She made it seem like it was no big deal and she could totally work with me and get me fixed up... And she can do it MONTHS before I would get the dress I was going to order online. This gives plenty of time for alterations and also for me to drop some weight. Win/win.

I walked out of Olga's feeling hopeful and happy that I was going to get married, instead of just wanting to curl up in a ball and never wake up like I was before I went there. I actually gave Amy a hug, because I was so happy.

Amy and Olga are very kind and professional and absolutely willing to work with bigger women (and men) without making them feel ashamed of themselves. Wonderful people here. Highly recommended. You'll walk in and feel comfortable and confident that you're in the right place.

So happy with Olga's professionalism and love that my fiance ordered his wedding tux here and is having it altered here as well. We're both really happy and will come back whenever we need anything customized! Thank you Olga...

Olga is literally gods gift to earth ...

I went to Tatiana’s tailoring in broken arrow to have my dress altered. Didn’t have too much done to it and she had it for 3 months. Got it back a month before the wedding. When I went to try it on my whole front side would fall off of me completely leaving me exposed, Tatiana told me I should use fashion tape because for a backless dress and my small figure there is nothing else she can do for me. I paid her $479 with no refund. My dress was $500 it’s self. You guys... I spent the whole night crying because for one, i was heart broken bc I loved that dress and now I have no dress to wear, and for two I feel so insecure that I couldn’t even fill my dress out. I tried stuffing it and taping and all and just was over all heart broken.

Next day I look up best reviews, didnt even care how much I spent or how far I needed to go, I just needed it fixed. This is the moment I find sweet sweet Olga and desperately called her. Y’all.. she got me in SAME DAY, even stayed open late for me to be able to come in after work. I didn’t even have to tell her what was wrong with it, she pointed it out plus more on her own and was appalled that I was told to use fashion tape. She was so caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and confident. She then asked me how much I wanted to charge her, she said $100? $150? I said will gladly pay you $150.. whatever it takes! I wish I could get my refund back and pay Olga that $479 because she deserves it!!! She said she had 3 others brides with same wedding date but said she will have it in just a couple weeks... she called me before the date she had estimated and I came in and tried it on, I personally thought it was great and she said she could make it even better and to come back next day no additional charge. You guys... it fits me like a glove!!! It fits my figure so perfectly and made me feel so so beautiful!!!!! I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t find her!! She is such a delightful blessing! I took my wedding dress in to be altered on January 29th for my wedding on May 19. I was told that it would be ready for pick up on May 1! Olga was very nice during this first (and only) fitting. She asked if i wanted a veil and told me that she could make me a veil to match my dress for half the cost of what i would have had to pay at BHLDN (where i purchased my dress). I took her up on her offer! Fast forward to April 30 when i excitingly called to check on my dress. I was informed that Olga had not started on my dress and that the color of my veil did not match my dress- "that's ok??" she asked. I asked her why they had not started my dress alterations when she had my dress since January 28. She said that they had prom the weekend before so they were very busy with prom dresses. I was upset and discouraged, worried that she would rush through my alterations and my dress would not be what i dreamt it would be. When i picked up my dress, it was just fine.. there were a couple things she said she would do but didn't, but it didn't affect my dress overall. The veil was not at all the correct color so i did not purchase it and she didn't give me a hard time about not paying for it. I ended up having to rush order the veil from BHLDN last minute.
