The store is really claen, the food looks super, decent restrooms and beautiful handcrafted items. My dad buys cartons of cigs here every month and this time they messed up and gave him the wrong ones so with the receipt I tried to return them the next day to exchange for the ones he asked for and they said once they leave the store they won’t do that. He didn’t know they were wrong until he got home because when they handed them to him they were in a bag so he didn’t see they were wrong. The store made the mistake not him. I bought a necklace on 10/11 and went to return it with receipt on 10/21 ten days where the policy online states I have 14 days they did NOT honor there policy. Not okay they don't even stand behind there merchandise! It's not like they don't have enough money they wouldn't even let me get something different cashier told me I was stuck with it.
