Subway — Restaurant in Broken Bow

I make a bold assumption that every one has visited Subway at one time or another, so I will concentrate on other items. This Subway was the slowest service I have ever seen for a Subway. The food was up to par, and the restaurant was completely spotless. That is one of the main reasons I choose Subway. Almost always unsurpassed cleanliness. The veggies looked like they were a little aged. I could see brown on some of the lettuce. Not a lot of brown. Not a really big deal, but I am used to having a little more freshness in my Subway sandwich. I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions, and will continue to do so. Any one can have an off day. This was just out of the ordinary for this location. Another thing about this location, I have never been served old tea here. That means a lot in my estimation. We dined on Sunday, the crowd was very moderate...

I normally go to this subway often and had the worst experience today. The woman who was making my sandwich, who I am pretty sure is the manager, was already annoyed from the get go. By accident, half of my sandwich fell into a tray below of the sandwich making counter. I've seen the employees before using the tray as kind of like a waste basket of trash/ingredients that fall in there by accident, so I doubt it is clean. The woman just put the meats that fell into the tray back onto the bread and asks me what vegetables I wanted. She didn't offer a remake of the sandwich, an apology, or anything. It's against food safety, It is disgusting in general, and on her part, to her it seemed that nothing was wrong, so I simply walked out. I was with a family member who ended up paying for the sandwich and we just gave the sandwich...

We Love Subway and had No idea there was a bad one but this is it. BROKEN BOW SUBWAY... 5 employees and the worst sandwich ever !! The girls hair was long and stringy and it seemed it was all thier first day. Thier makeup looked good though Ill give them that...Asked to heat the roast beef and the chicken teriyaki sandwich and they put them in the microwave and it didnt even melt the cheese. Thier oven was so dirty a guy was scrubbing it down and working It. The roast beef wasnt enough to taste. I should have gotten a vegetable sandwich but the spinach had black around some of the leaves. Any way, this is our experience there. Wont go back. Totally sucked. A star should be...
