Axent Graphics Inc — Local services in Brook Park

Contacted this company June 18th with my order via email. July 8th reached out via email to get the status of my order. Got no response. Reached out again July 12th. No response again. Called a few days later for them to tell me my order is small and they have bigger orders to take care of first and would be another month. Called today to get the status because I have my workers waiting on shirts told me they were having issues with the colors in my logo and can’t do it (have had no issues with any other companies with color) didn’t even email me back call me back nothing to let me know while I been waiting mid June. I placed the order early in the year so my guys could have them for the year. Almost 2 months goes by with zero updates what so ever and I’m sure if I didn’t call they would never have reached out. Do not recommend them at all. Terrible

Joke of a response.. just what I expected though. Far from a crappy review. This is a valid review and people should know who they are dealing with. As far as you being glad you didn’t do the order… you couldn’t even if you wanted to lmao. A whopping 14 shirt order you guys couldn’t even handle yikes. Every time I called all I heard was how small my order was but yet it’s taken 2 months to not even be able to do it! Hahaha. I came to you guys because I was referred by someone close to me but believe whatever you want. You guys clearly the only ones struggling with my logo lmao. Do not recommend this company. They do not deliver product when promised and the customer has to be the one to inquire regarding status of the order. Quality of product and screen printing is substandard and when issues are relayed to them, they don’t care about trying to make the customer happy.

Edit: Definitely not a fake account. My review is based on my direct experience. Your response speaks volumes of how you interact with customer. Of course, if you had customer service as good as you say, then one unhappy customer should be easy...
