Subway — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

I usually have an excellent experience at this location, however on this occasion June 19th 2014 @ approx. 5:45 PM it was bordering unpleasant. Two young ladys working this particular shift and for lack of knowing their names, my fault I shall refer to them as Blonde hair color and Brunette.

The brunette took our order before while working on the gentlemen's order in front of us. I couldn't help but notice how much more pleasant the Blonde young lady appeared to be as opposed to the brunette. The brunette was working very hard but came across as a little obnoxious. Tended to bark notes to the blonde employee who in my opinion was doing an excellent job. Sometimes its worth the wait for friendly and personal service which the nrom at this location but missed the mark today. We ordered a meatball sub with nothing on it which I would refer to as a "No Brainer" yet the sauce tasted somewhat burnt. She also made my sandwich wrong but quickly corrected herself.

Not a Horrible experience just not used of the "just OK service" from this particular location. Service here is always excellent but just so you know...

I have been going to this Subway for about 4 1/2 yrs now. A week ago, we were in there and it was not a good experience. Besides the slowness of the employees, I can normally deal with that, I feel cleaniness has gone downhill at this store, not to mention the amount of flies all around the food, landing on it etc. I made a comment to my husband about the flies and the employee who was making someone else's sandwich made a comment to the other employee about how busy they had been and that's why so many flies in there because the door opening and closing. Like I said, I have been going to this location for years and I have never seen flies like this in that store. Obviously it's an issue that needs to be addressed. Needless to say, I will...

So I just spent my last 20 dollars just to have a sub delivered to me at work. I ordered a footlong steak and cheese sub with extra cheese, mayo, and the salt and pepper mix. The driver did an awesome job bring me my food. I opened the sub and found that not only was there extra cheese, but there was also a long blonde hair on the bottom of on half of the sub. Seeing as how I have red hair this is a big deal. Tried to contact the store MULTIPLE times and everytime the automated voice hung up on me since "mailbox cannot receive anymore messages "

So what did I get out of this? Being officially broke till payday and frustrated.

What a waste of my money.
